Annoying Garbage
This stupid app constantly asks for reviews, wasting my time. Out of all major Thai banking applications, UOB’s is the slowest to process transactions.

Transfer from international , it’s not available anymore for international transfer from uk as I really need to transfer to my saving in Thailand , waste on my time…
Facial confirmation doesn’t work
The facial confirmation asks you to take of your glasses. But then you can’t see the instructions. That’s just plain dumb
Glacial Speed
Be prepared for the side-eye glares from the people behind you in the checkout line at the grocery store. It takes longer than it should to scan a QR code and pray that it's not a purchase over X amount where it requires you to blink your eyes, nod your head, and open your mouth like a blowfish to clear security. As far as I can tell there is still no feature to share a QR code with others to transfer money - a service all other bank apps carry this feature. It's enough to encourage me to switch banks.

ธนาคาาอื่นกดโอนเงินไม่ต้องมานั่งสแกนหนังหน้าอะไรเลย แต่นี่ต้องสแกนยืนยันอย่างผมเป็นผู้ชาย ตอนนี้บวชอยู่ๆไม่มีคิ้วไม่มีผม เงินในบัญชีคือใช้การอะไรไม่ได้เลย เช้าใจว่าสร้างระบบความปลอดภัยแต่คุณมีข้อมูลของลูกค้าอยู่แล้ว ไม่งั้นพออัพระบบทีก็สแกนใบหน้าที่อย่างนี้ได้หรือ แย่สุดๆ
Worst banking app
Causing issues all the time, one day you can access the app and another day causing random error. Call center also useless with no clue.

แอปสวยงามแล้ว แต่สเตปแต่ละหน้าช้ามากๆเลยค่ะ จะโอนเงิน หรือสแกนจ่ายใช้เวลามาก ถ้ารีบคือต้องใช้แบงค์อื่นอยากให้ปรับปรุงจุดนี้ และตอนนี้ไม่บันทึกสลิปให้ เลือกอัตโนมัติแล้ว ก็ไม่มีค่ะ
