Leveled up banking!
I have never been as good with my money as what I am now and that is largely because of Up banking. And i will tell this story to anyone and everyone who ever talks money or asks about the bank I use
I set my budget. split my pay automatically into multiple savings accounts to reflect that budget and then I have auto covers that take the money from the relevant saver (for example filling up fuel from a servo comes from my fuel account automatically)
In the past it was the moving money between savers what made budgets come undone for me. With up that problem no longer exists.

Cannot recommend UP Bank more!! So user friendly and helpful! I initially signed up to use the account while travelling but have switched all my banking over to UP. Amazing, fast customer service too!
Needs a Running Balance
Hi there UP App developers. Please code a running balance in smaller font that sits under each transaction in activity. Customer Service just explained I can go into statements to see this effect on my balance but I would like a dynamic balance that is moving under each and every transaction in activity. This is useful and requires less moving around in the APP to get necessary information. Other than that I’m enjoying the Up APP! Thank you.

Best bank - seriously
Just incredible. From the UI to the support, Up is hands down the best. There is no comparison. It’s amazing other banks get away with still having horrible user and customer experiences to this day when teams like Up have clearly demonstrated what exceptional looks like. Thank you - first time in my life I’ve actually enjoyed money management.

Poor app design and user navigation
I have raised this several times with the support team and there have been no changes in two years. There are some really unintuitive things about this app like where to find account details and card details etc. Why does it look like an insignificant settings menu? They make a big show of something like their merch but member discounts and perks is hidden at the bottom. I’m tired of the app interface and they need to update it so it’s more about the customer, their details and their experience and less about Up and how amazing and innovative they are…

Up-grade your banking
I sucked at budgeting and managing my money with my other (traditional big 4 bank)… Up has made it soo much easier for me to manage my finances. Pay splitting, multiple bucket savers, and 2-up is super convenient for me and my partner! Honestly it’s just mint!
Long time user
I've been using this from the beginning and I've never had much problems with this app and bank, totally flexible and never had them tell me my accounts are going to close, so I must be one of the lucky ones. I mean I would be annoyed if they did it to me as well.

Gives you Visuals for how much is in your bank accounts. Lets you lock bank accounts and give a key to someone you trust. You can create unlimited savings accounts. Love this app
App doesn't work on ipad - otherwise great bank
ipad pro, updated the app and still doesn't work, cant find any internet banking on your website, just info.
