Terrible Update
The layout for the new update is terrible on both PC and phone use. It was fine how it was and now it’s laid out in a way that’s not streamlined. They should go back to the original interface.
Worst app ever
Worst app ever! Constantly stalls , have to close and reopen! Most times won’t accept your punches! Absolutely do not recommend! Makes your job harder than it needs to be!
Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money app freezes up constantly and has lots of bugs. It has gotten worse over the years. Not reliable. Customer service is trash.

App constantly fails to execute, won’t record your time most of the time and when you add time it doubles it, absolutely hate using this app, far better options 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!! Adds more down time to my day !!!
Buggy!
The submit feedback button in the app doesn’t work! I am unable to view the full description on work orders after a recent update. App is HORRIBLY slow. I regularly have to back out and re-enter tickets in order to see that my timer has actually started or my ticket actually closed. Comment drafts do not save and will get cleared if you leave the app for too long. Unable to post multiple pictures at a time, must upload one by one and wait around a minute for each to upload. All of this is on a fast internet connection. I am unable to click on addresses in the “location” section of a ticket. There are a ton of things that don’t seem like they were ever thought through or taken to completion. It feels like the people making this app don’t talk to the people who use it. :(

Incredible Tool
UpKeep makes managing maintenance incredibly easy. Clean interface, mobile-friendly, and intuitive for both techs and managers. Highly recommend.
UpKeep AI Tools Saves Me Time!
I manage maintenance teams, and the UpKeep app with AI has been a huge upgrade for me. The new UpKeep Intelligence features actually take work off my plate. Things like AI work order summaries and voice-to-create work orders mean less typing and less time spent on admin tasks. For preventive maintenance, the AI checklist builder gives me a solid starting point instead of just staring at a blank screen. The smart scheduling suggestions also make day-to-day planning easier by factoring in availability and priority. Overall, this feels like AI that was built for people doing real maintenance work, not just added for show.

Very easy to use and super helpful for managing work orders on the go. Everything is clear, organized, and saves a lot of time. Great app for maintenance teams.
Delete saved ratings under any category notes
The only problem I have with you is when I go into the second notes on any category is it deletes my writings even after I hit the save button, if we can fix that, I will be awesome.
Frequent Crashes
When using the app clicking on the wrong place can and likely will cause a crash.
Using the incorrect file type for Photos can cause a crash.
Typing in a field can sometimes cause a crash.
Unsure if this is iOS 26 compatibility issues or general app issues.

While Upkeep Maintenance has several useful features and a sleek interface, I believe there’s room for improvement, especially for smaller-scale businesses or those that outsource work.
Firstly, the pricing feels steep for businesses that don’t operate on a large scale. Additionally, the inability to send work orders to vendors for completion and signatures unless they are paid members limits the app’s flexibility and cost-effectiveness. This could be a significant barrier for companies that rely on external vendors.
The lack of cohesion between the mobile and web applications is also frustrating. Certain tasks are only possible on one platform, which disrupts workflow efficiency. For a platform designed to streamline processes, this disconnect feels counterintuitive.
I’ve voiced these concerns in conversations with Ryan, Rob, and the team, some of which date back over a year. Unfortunately, I haven’t seen tangible efforts to address these issues, which is disappointing given the time invested in discussions.
Ultimately, Upkeep Maintenance appears better suited for businesses that keep workflows in-house rather than those outsourcing. While I appreciate some of its features, the app often feels like two steps forward and one step back. With greater focus on user feedback and cross-platform functionality, it could be a more versatile solution.

Error always
This crappy app is always a headache. Whenever we click on notifications for a work order it takes atleast 14-15 minutes after 5-7 attempts to open it. I don't know why they don't fix this issue. It doesn't matter whether we use wifi or mobile network. On both networks it shows that something has gone wrong or there is a loading error

Password reset fails. Every. Single. Time. If I did not have to use this app, I would not.
AI release causing more problems than helping
Voice recording work orders on the floor is chaotic and frustrating. Not sure they realized they aren’t in an office when we need to make work orders

My company is currently using this application on a tablet to handle our pest management but whenever we try to open up a work order for our traps the “something went wrong” error message keeps popping up even after resetting
Awesome
Fantastic inventory system. It’s great to keep track of all of the equipment hours and such with the meters. Being able to set up a preventable maintenance trigger is amazing for my line of work

I run a nationwide headquarters with a satellite sub tenant office. UpKeep has allowed my team to have all of the info we need in one place and not have us fielding requests from all over the place, all the time. Easy to use and intuitive.

Terrible app and customer service is worse
They take away functions to make you buy them back. Horrible app. I hate it we have run into several problems and not once have they fixed the problem but offer us to buy more function. All of my guys (6 of them) have been able to see all pending work orders About a month ago that went away. The solution is to send them more money. Do yourself a favor and look at another program.
