Waste of time
I can’t even get anywhere to set up an account. Tried to set up an account on Uplift, made me download a banking app to start the set up process. I could never a 6 digit code to start that process. Kinda seems like it’s one company fishing for information. Thankfully neither asked for personal information which I would never give out. Stay away and don’t waste your time.

Do not use!!!
Do not use this app it doesn’t actually work and when you go to make an account it doesn’t allow you to. Then it also doesn’t give you the options to pay with the flex. Then when contacting support it my issue never got resolved.
Great Application
I used it to pay for my cruise and flight. Everything was smooth. I just got back from my cruise. Thank you!
Garbage
Nothing ever gets processed everyone of my transaction for gas just say processing. Nothing but a scam is all this app is.
Cannot sign into account
Every time I want to sign into my account I have to call customer service. I won’t use again.
Rude customer service
I applied using Uplift for a hotel reservation for eight days due to a medical reason. They denied me and told me if I wanted the reason to email in so I did, and when they email me back, they still didn’t give me a reason. I told them I was frustrated and they emailed me again and said they had no guarantee that anybody would be approved. By law, don’t they have to give you a reason for denial?

Do Not Use
I’m currently in the process of using Uplift, Flexpay whatever they’re called, to pay off an airline ticket. I do not like having anything auto withdrawn from my account, I prefer to sit down and pay all of my bills manually. When you set up a payment plan with them, it automatically puts you on auto pay and you cannot change it unless you contact customer support who is NOT 24 hours. I think it’s a little weird that they don’t let you have full control of your own account. I will not be using Uplift to make a purchase ever again.

Terrible Business and Customer Service!
I was approved for FlexPay through the app for my plane tickets and hotel stay to Atlanta. The flight went as planned, but when I went to check in at the hotel, my reservation hadn’t been paid for. I contacted customer service, and after being on hold for 40-50 minutes, I was told that they were sorry for the inconvenience, but there was nothing they could do because they were about to close. They informed me I would have to speak with a supervisor the following day. This meant I wouldn’t be helped for the first 2-3 days of my trip, and I would need to spend unexpected money to find somewhere to stay.
The app does not offer FlexPay for same-day purchases, which left me in a very frustrating situation. I highly do not recommend using this app, and I am currently looking into legal options regarding this incident.

Doesn’t work
The app wouldn’t let me sign up. It never gave me an option to start an account.
Won’t give me my money back
I usually like this app, but my inability to get a refund from one of my purchases for 3 weeks now is a little too unsettling. All of my emails and calls have gone unresolved.
No problems getting approved
I was able to use Uplift for my Carnival Cruise last year and so far the app has worked great. I’ve been able to make payments on time. I look forward to building my purchasing power so I can use Affirm in the future.

Does not link my online account
The app tells me my account is linked, yet when I log in on the app, my account is blank. The website shows my purchase but the App is worthless to me.

Great until it wasn’t.
I have been using Uplift for over 2 years now, had no issues ever and loved it. Last week, I noticed the “shop” icon was no longer on the app to make purchases. I messaged support, where I was told it was disabled. Followed up a few days later, and heard back today that they are “discontinuing the mobile app”. For as much as I loved this service and app, to do this with no heads up or notice whatsoever is very disappointing and poor customer service. I will be using other pay later services moving forward.
