Waited around 2 years to give this feedback

1.) Reason for the rating : one star
A.) I had informed the issues to customer care regarding the issues I am facing in IOS app. They said they improve but from last 2 and half years there is nothing I can see (nothing means really nothing till the day I am writing this review.
Issues :
1.) Always stuck between the trades.
2.) very often it doesn’t display the information on the screen
3.) somany times I lost trades because it doesn’t display the real time properly.
4.) If you are doing options please be very carefull because of the above issues.
I am writing here to help people to take decisions precisely.

Not reflect current stock rates when selling and buying

From lasrt one week I am not getting the price value of stocks ...

New update of 2 days ago has a bug of crashing the app after 3 seconds before we can even go to the login page. Please fix it ASAP. Worst Update.
Still no solution in the new update of 17th August. Still crashing so Please solve it ASAP.

Poor performance
- App is very slow
- Charts are not loading after recent updates
- Intraday holdings doesn't show MTM and always show N/A

App is showing N/A as position values, it is very hard to trade from mobile app. Please fix the bug ASAP.

One of the worst stock apps
One of the worst if not the worst experience with this app... submitted all my docs and e-signed into NDSL.. got confirmation by aadhar ... but that is as far as I can go with this broken app... tried doing the same with laptop ... the same issue ... called helpdesk and was told that I would get a call... nothing .... this shows the lack of professionalism and empathy towards clients by upstox ... Steer clear

Disappointing
The firm maybe doing their work honestly and seriously but if the app that represents Upstox doesn’t work in a scenario where every second of lag/crash matters , app crashing can cause a big loss so many times I couldn’t make transactions without any reason , around 12pm app tells me I can’t buy stocks try again during 9:15am - 3:15pm
