Permanently banned with no explanation
My account was banned, so I submitted an appeal. Their first response simply stated that they had reviewed my account and determined that I had violated their Terms and Conditions or Community Guidelines. They said the ban would remain in place and that the decision was final.
Since they never explained what I had actually done, I replied asking one simple question: which specific rule or guideline did I violate? I even made it clear that I was not requesting another appeal — I just wanted to understand the reason for the ban.
Their response was that their decision remained unchanged, they considered the matter closed, and they would not respond to any further replies. They still did not tell me what I supposedly violated.
I understand that a company has the right to enforce its community guidelines, but users should at least be given enough information to understand why their account was permanently banned. Being permanently removed without being told what specific behavior caused it, and then being told that no further questions will be answered, was extremely frustrating and disappointing.

So Ive been getting notifications that someone messaged me and I open the app and there are no matches/messages in the conversation section and this has happened with multiple messages I’m confused at to what is going on
