I was rushed to hospital -had my purse but not my credit card - when I was well you refused to pick me up and take me home because I could only offer cash - I will never call you again. We DO still use cash in our society - everyone except you
Disaster
I am regular user of uride. I found it completely disappointing. For 9 minutes of ride I had to waited 13 minutes. Does that even making sense! Even paying a high price for ride, you have to just wait for ride. Totally disaster.
Unable to use in New Brunswick
Despite repeated efforts we were unable to setup the app. We desperately wanted to use the service, but backend issues with the service prevented it.
Enjoy watching your driver sit in the parking lot for 10 minutes
Drivers are not efficient and take your money despite having no intentions of showing up on time.

Greats drivers but Customer loyalty is not rewarded
I find that URide offers a very great staff driving team, wonderful people, safe drives, and an overall positive experience. I would give the employees of URide a GLOWING 5 stars, no problem! :)
However the company doesn’t really reward frequent flyers (for lack of better term) it seems like the less I use URide, the more I get notifications for “Exclusive offers and promotions”…. Super weird. I have two phones, a work phone, and personal. If I don’t use one of the phones to call URide for a bit, the business account get a bunch of promos? But not my personal account… which is fine I guess? Just seems like they’re not interested in building relationships with their frequent customer base, and most interested in enticing others into taking a ride.

Great to Have
A great app to have a viable alternative to Uber and Lyft in small markets. It would be nice if they were in more provinces and more cities. The app is easy to use and similar to the Uber app, the only challenge is in reserving rides, I couldn’t get the reservation to work well.

Longgggg wait times left me stranded many times.. it’ll say the same estimated time and finding driver for 20 plus minutes without the estimated time changing
Late Pre-booking
Not sure if it's a driver issue but I pre-booked a driver to the airport 5 hours before I wanted to be picked up. About 10 mins before I was supposed to be picked up the ETA was about a half hour later than what I had booked for. Not really sure why I would pre-book a ride if it doesn't show up at the time I ask for. Very frustrating and I might be late for that flight

Worst service
I am using the app because its the only option for Peterborough, i have to wait 1 hour for my driver to pick me up after i book the ride. I have to be at work 30 min ago and I am late whenever I book the ride. And the drivers, it clearly shows that the driver is standing at a fix position after accepting a ride just relaxing at a place. While he has accepted the ride. I hope uber or lyft enter the city.

The Support team is incredible. They always go above and beyond for the customers. They genuinely care about their customers. Shout out to Rachelle and Lawrence. You guys are amazing.
Annulation à 2 reprises
À chaque transport réservé, le conducteur a annulé la course à 5 minutes d’avance. Après, impossible d’en réserver un nouveau. Tres très décevant, surtout quand c’est réservé à l’avance!

Took first ride today with Uride and service was excellent and good price too. Highly recommended.

Cheaper than cabs either nicer cars. But the time examinations is always wrong lol
Useful, but….
While this has been a great service, there has been a weird trend where i pre-book a ride and my driver has shown up 10-15 minutes earlier than expected. Usually I’m still in the shower or getting dressed at that point and have to rush myself, or risk a frustrated driver.
