Greatest carrier and the app is top-notch too
Most cell phone carrier apps and websites are extremely garbage. For prepaid carriers “garbage” is maybe too kind a description. This app by contrast is super easy to use and packed with features. You’re able to very easily get done everything you might need to do from adding on a second network, or activating a new line, or changing your plan, or billing tasks… it’s all right there and it’s pretty easy to use.
As for US Mobile itself, it’s hard for me not to push it on people because it is so much better than any other carrier I’ve tried. Finally I can pick the network that works best for me anytime and still keep one customer relationship and simple plan (with US Mobile). And with the actually unlimited data, which is even prioritized data — that’s HUGE in populated areas — I can just use my phone and not worry about it. 50GB of hotspot on my plan means I can let the kids tether and watch cartoons anytime and not care. Or get work done anywhere.

I have been a customer of US Mobile for more than 4 years now. They represent a fantastic value with reliable service that is among the most affordable options in the industry. Beyond great features like being able to switch across all major carriers, have multiple services on your phone at one time, or add features like Apple Watch support, this service checks all the boxes. Relative to app functionality, I have been thoroughly impressed with their use of the latest technologies to keep your account secure, ensure things like Sim swaps do not happen, and provision of a complete dashboard of all your lines and ability to modify aspects of your service at Will. I’ve had great customer service all around and give this service my highest recommendation.

US Mobile has been a great provider for us over the last couple years. The price is fantastic and we've had zero issues with service.

US Mobile has saved me hundreds of dollars per year since switching over from Verizon. The app works great to set up new lines, track usage, monitor billing, and chat with customer service. It’s hard to ask for better!

Stop moving fast and breaking things
Overall, it’s a good app. Unfortunately, the ability to pin critical data to the main page was broken for a long time, forcing me to scroll through advertisements. It is now fixed - so please — keep the important stuff working, and please validate that the numbers you are showing for usage, etc., are valid!

International service is awful
If you enjoy spending 5 hours of your vacation on phone calls and chat bots and emails, then US Mobile is for you. If not then I’d recommend a different company. Once you make a few phone calls (on WiFi) and finally get it working it works great. But it still gets one star.
Not easy
Seems to me like the app is for name sake only. Not a lot of things you can do on it.
Better than a sharp stick in the eye.
Some line settings can’t be accessed on the app, so you have to go to the website or chat to change them. The chat doesn’t give notifications when a rep responds, so you have to keep the app open and the screen unlocked during the whole chat or you will miss a response and they will end the chat without you realizing.

Great service, great app
We have been US Mobile customers for several years now. We have cell phone lines on two different carriers and a home phone line on the third. Service has been just as good as when we contracted with the carriers directly but at a much lower cost. Tech support has been great on the rare occasions when I needed it. The app lets me take care of virtually all my needs - switching to a new phone, changing plans, changing carriers, etc. My usage and billing information is readily available and easy to understand. I couldn’t be more pleased. And I recommend US Mobile to anyone looking to lower their cell phone bill.

Why do you guys keep blocking peoples accounts without using it for long I don’t think I can keep on using the app anymore cause it literally sucks blocking people’s account
