I’m a fan. I’ve been with multiple other “big name” companies and I can attest that the US Mobile app is super user friendly. AND contacting customer support to the app is so easy. I’ve had great luck every time with customer support.

From the very first time I downloaded it it has been nothing but problems! Their staff is a bunch of untrained idiots in the Middle East outsourced, which is an insult in itself for a company calling itself US Mobile they don’t even employ American workers. My phone line didn’t work from the moment. I set it up with them perfectly working device phone I’ve had for years and I have spent 20 years in telecommunications. They wasted over four hours of my time I was up until two in the morning, trying to troubleshoot the problem and it was on there and the entire time I am filing an FCC compliance violation report against this entire company and I’ve handed over my transcripts to regulators I would avoid doing business with them at all cost

Dark Star Crashed
For some reason Dark Star stopped working. Had to spend about an hour with Customer Service. We switched to Warp and it is now working. The Representatives were courteous and efficient.
Consumer Reports is correct!
My public library offers consumer reports, which found US Mobile to be the best mobile carrier. I set up Apple Watches for my kids and transferred my wife’s phone from Verizon using the app. During Apple Watch setup I needed support, and got it using the chat feature in the app. Transferring my wife’s phone number with the app was super easy. All lines are visible in the dashboard, help is a couple clicks away. Billing is obvious. Overall, I’m very happy with US Mobile (and their app).

Good service and good customer service
I’ve been using them for 4 months now, also have 2 other lines with them. It has been really good especially for the price. I used customer service and they got back to me, not exactly when they said but shortly after the time. So I can’t complain.
