Đang viết Very Disappointing Service I am extremely disappointed with USPS. My package was delivered much later than expected, and the overall service was terrible. The tracking information was not helpful, and there was little to no communication regarding the delay. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. I expected much better service from USPS. The order was held and I was charged additional fees even though I had already paid for the item on eBay. I strongly recommend avoiding this service. The process is slow, frustrating, and there is a risk that you could lose both your money and your product.

Awesome service
This is the best carrier service I have come across. I can send a letter overseas and across the globe with a stamp on a small envelope. They even return the envelope if something happens. And you can collect all sort of stamps. I want them to stay and keep giving the excellent service they always had and have. For around 76 cents you can send a letter to all the States. They should put in their stamps “ In God we trust”. Even a Bible key verse would help. That way for sure we know on which side they are. Now I know what to do. To put a Bible verse on all I do, including letters. They just have to have Faith in God.

Useless
Waiting for a package, says it's in the system, arriving late. Doesn't show where it's at in the "system". Tried to file a complaint within the app. All I got was an error message.

The app could look a little better overall. When I look at a stamp and then go back to the page, it does not go back to what I was looking at. That’s kinda frustrating when it seems like an easy fix? But otherwise, I like the layout

Easy and Helpful Claim Process
The USPS Mobile app made it easy to submit and track my missing-package claim. The process was clear and straightforward, and I received a claim number immediately. I appreciate having a convenient way to handle shipping issues and monitor updates.
Disappointed
I’m still waiting for my lost iPhone 17 brand new provided serial and model number all I get is a monthly email sorry we have not located your lost package, I guess your company does this for a year and there goes that. The issue my apple find locates it at the distribution center at 7500 Roosevelt road, Forest Park Illinois 60130, I went there personally but all u find is security staff very rude so please do not ask me I’m never using the post office never again

Can’t get this at my address. I don’t know why, we live inside the city limits.
No pictures and digital mail notifications
The app is user friendly unless u don’t stay at address. Then u get notifications about ghost mail “digital” and or they don’t take pictures so u never really know what’s in the mailbox. This seems to be a small town problem or rural area! Guess they don’t train the employees or they just don’t care

Necessary
My wife and I are in our 70’s and disabled. We also live on a slope and walking 100+’ down to the mailbox is a risk. Knowing the contents/ importance of our mailbox is a daily boon. We are grateful.
