Not user friendly on account info!
I use this ap to know what is delivered to my usps
Tracking services are always a problem. They have a back end computer system with the tracking and only some of it makes it online. Seems like a messy system
The app seems to be slowed by overusing the “Benefits” page and the other site list. It should drop those pages for signed-in users and go directly to the Informed delivery list.
Excelent
Always correct with what’s coming in the mail great app
It’s not a friendly app, very confusing, i hope it gets better soon
This app needs to be completely reformatted with push alerts, easier login … no redirect to the website
Absolute tragedy of an app. No real app functions, just hyperlinks to their website 😭 what is the purpose of having an app that functions as a homepage for your website.
I love to see my mail coming.
The app used to allow you to add a name to a shipment. It stopped working a few days ago. I decided to uninstall and download it again. It let me add nicknames for all of two packages. When I tried on a third one the app glitched and all nicknames disappeared. Now I can delete received packages either. The check boxes aren’t working.

It’s wonderful when it works.
Should be a quick, stop in type of an app. Exceedingly frustrating to me. Where’s facial recognition login technology?
Apparently, whoever was delivering my mail claims that there was animal interference? The doors are locked. The windows are locked. The animals are in the house, not outside so now I have to wait till Tuesday for my item to be delivered. That is ridiculous. I know whoever reads this will not care anyways.

Give us at least one spot to immediately log in when we click the app. Have your carriers ALWAYS scan the shipping labels on the packages. Why should I even have to request that? This is the third package in one year that’s been lost because it wasn’t scanned by the carrier. I have no idea if it’s picked up, then a month later it’s still missing. Seriously. You guys have to do better. You’re the USPS.

I like the app for what it does, but when I’m tracking a package and it says your delivery is delayed or late it doesn’t really give any information. And when it says en route to next facility, it doesn’t say what facility it left or which facility it’s going to which would be helpful for me to know in tracking my package.

One of the best features is being able to see what mail you’re receiving. It gives you real peace of mind, especially when you’re waiting for an important piece of mail to arrive.
Very easy to use. We travel a lot and the hold mail and forwarding mail features are super easy to use.
