Malicious website always tries to open with the app
While the app is relatively good be warned that EVERY time you try to login you will be warned that a malicious website (peornia-comargers.icu) is being blocked. I’m shocked that USPS has this built into their app. Someone needs to remove it.

Pathetic
A certified letter mailed on 6/10/2026 was finally delivered on 7/14/2026. The Post Office is not what it was 30 years ago.
Overpriced/ Unreliable
Raises prices 3 times a year, with a so called temporary holiday increase that is not at all “temporary”, just another price increase in disguise. Pretty soon will be priced out of the logistics business. Any further aggressive rate increases will put our small business out of business. Our customers are complaining about the high prices.
Update: another price increase in a two month period, but still can’t deliver on time and loses packages daily. Says will be inline with UPS pricing, yet the service is still unreliable, people will switch to UPS and Usps will lose its customer base. $8.40 for ground advantage now outrageous, will still lose your package and ship it to the incorrect state, etc. Switch to UPS.

This app is so convenient to users.
Important
Very useful to me as going to my mailbox is not an easy task due to my disability. If I see something very important, I try to ask someone if they can get it for me.

Label Printing
Labels print too big. They always print 8.5 x 11”, a whole page! I also get error messages telling me to “try again later” or “we detect pop up ads.” I love the convenience of this app but I’ve been struggling with it the last few times I’ve used it.
Never works
I have had to create several accounts because this thing NEVER works! I enter my username and password (which I wrote down) and it says password is wrong. I then select forgot password and it says an email was sent but never receive the email. Don’t waste phone storage on this app. Just pray you get your mail.

Not as convenient
The app requires you to log in to your account separately every time you want to check today’s incoming mail. It should be able to remember or recognize the account when you’ve log in once.
