WORST MICROFINANCE BANK
VFD is now lowkey the worst Microfinance bank in Nigeria now. Everytime I try to send money itβll say account number does not exist. I even updated the app. The same thing. If I try to open my beneficiaries it takes forever to show up. Very very very annoying. Iβm removing all my funds and closing the account forever.

Too many bad bugs on a banking app.. ever since they started the shares thing the app doesnβt works properly anymoreβ¦ I have a lot of money in your bank and Iβve never been to your branch before and I donβt want to even visit.. pls fix your app and let it work properly like every other online banking app

Good services , and good networking but would be giving you 3star cause your savings services aint complete .
You guys need to create a free savings pocket without no interest and no specific day or day for deposit,just a space for a free savings pockets, aside from the ones you have . So until you do that i will be gving you a 3 star .thanks

This is the best banking app Iβve ever used in Nigeria. When I had issues with my transaction limit and needed to move to level 3 to obtain the maximum transaction per day, the customer service was very helpful. The response and follow up was very impressive. My transaction goes smoothly and fast. This banking app is giving me same UK experience in banking. I canβt ask for more.
