They’ll make an appointment without you being aware until it’s 15 minutes to the appointment and too late to cancel before charges. Conveniently it was also so late in the day I’m currently on hold for 55 minutes trying to speak to someone about this. Don’t sign up for this. The therapists don’t actually do anything and they won’t actually try to help with your issues. Trying to get evaluated? Nah here’s some meds. Trying to get actual help? Nah here’s a passive therapist that doesn’t actually get to the issue.

Therapy is good - Billing department is terrible

I was extremely disappointed with this virtual clinic. The psychiatrist or nurse practitioner is the title she goes by racheal regan dolan was a complete joke who told me “she didn’t care about her patients “ and I made no kind of progress in the 10 years I was there. Don’t go to this virtual clinic because it’s not worth it believe me.

Not for iPad
The phone app “scales” but not really. Doing any sort of video on iPad in the app is janky and you can’t see the entire view properly. Works fine on iPhone.
