They explained everything clearly before the trip, which made the process smooth and hassle-free. The only suggestion would be to provide a slightly higher kilometer limit. Highly recommend for self drive car rentals
Best cars and moderate prices and easy process.
Cars are in very good condition and almost all models are available.
Note: Good thing is they refunded the security deposit immediately after returning the car.
So in all aspects its highly recommended for self dive car rentals.

Scam in name of security deposit
They make you deposit ₹5,000 as a so-called security amount. At the time of return, they point out tiny, pre-existing scratches and use that as an excuse to never refund the deposit.
This feels like a deliberate trap to extract money from customers. Very unprofessional and unethical behavior.
Fraud company — do not book. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere.

Comfort with VCars
I have booked hyundai exter car for 12 hrs. The pick up works was good with Vcars and they will inform if car has any issues and immediately they will provide a another car. Drop works are also good. Car is in good condition and very comfort in driving

Smooth Ride & Spotless Car – Great Experience!
I rented a Maruti Fronx for 24 hours and had a great experience. The booking process was quick and smooth, and the team was very polite and helpful. The car was in excellent condition – clean inside and out, with spotless interiors and well-maintained features. It was clearly a top model with all the modern features, unlike some vendors who provide base variants. The drive was very smooth, felt like a newly serviced car. Overall, a hassle-free and professional service – highly recommended!

Very bad Customer Support
They have very bad cars I took 2 cars from the total booking 3
- Thar - the fuel meter was not working and no support for customer
-second time took the Thar drove only 17. km with the fuel of total ₹3000 in the car car driven 195 km
- app has multiple UX problems
- the transaction charges applied by Vcars on the payment gateway 2%
- the second car I took is Alcazar I was supposed to travel to pune car got broken down in Nanded
Some battery and sensor issue for 2 days no local mechanic was able to repair the car
- I had to get the car repaired with my expense entire family holiday got spoiled I had to pay for the repairs and hotel and train tickets to my family for the car repair
- Very bad customer experience and customer service
- I dont recommend Vcars to anyone

They delivered the car on time to airport in superb condition.
Coming to the car condition it’s neat and clean and it’s equipped with fastag for our highway smooth journey.
Their documentation is very simple and even we have extension option with same fare unless like paying higher amount for extension in other companies.

I had booked the car via their app. The car was ready when I had reached the location. The handover took ~20 minutes. The vehicle was in good condition, white plate number. Returning also took ~20 minutes.
