Supposed to be an improvement
School used to run their own bus tracking system. Moved to VecTive and consistently out of date tracking. We now just use AirTags as far more timely and accurate.
Useless
Can’t log in as it can never connect to server so largely useless.. So bus tracking in as absolute pain which was 100% better than the last app the kids had for school.. useless
Worst school coach tracking app ever
Our school recently changed to use Vectare. We now have two children whose school is using vectare. Having to switch between schools means having to log out of the app and log back in. It seems to randomly forget the password already set and then proceeds to lock you out of the account - not the most helpful or useful thing - especially in the morning when you’re trying to see where the coach is and whether you’re going to miss it or not!!!

Horrendous. App’s clearly a neglected after thought
App looks like a graduated first attempt at an app, and the usability isn’t any better. The login process doesn’t support password managers easily to start with. Have kids at two schools? Sorry for you - tracking both is a nightmare because you can’t login to both. Common use cases take an extraordinary number of taps. The people making this have shipped their internal systems rather than asking a single customer what their “job to be done is”. Our schools pay a FORTUNE - this should be much better. The problem is we’re a captured audience.

Doesn’t open - just a blank screen
Frustrating, as the idea is clever.

It’s a great idea to give kids and parents reassurance, but unknown errors come up much of the time so it doesn’t work
App not working for days now
This app stopped working earlier this week and never come back. Please fix asap.

Have been unable to access the app since the last update. Web access still works.
Not useable
I’ve downloaded the app but it takes me to a log in page which is for existing customers. No way to log in as a new one!?!
Log in without a prompt for forgotten password
So frustrating. It’s the 3rd time I have ahead to delete and reload this app in 2 months
