Impossible to cancel subscription
I attempted multiple times to cancel this subscription they ended up charging me for another $100+ for the next term and refused to refund me even though I attempted to cancel prior and finally got them to cancel after they’d charged me again.
What a gem!
Late afternoon, obvious UTI in my older dog who has had them before. Facing after hour vet, pricing, know exactly what she needs, last time ended up with a $1700 vet bill for a UTI after fear mongering and upselling-
Found this app, did some separate research on reviews, used it and had an appointment with a licensed veterinarian within 20 minutes. Spent about 15 minutes on the phone and within three hours had picked up painkiller and antibiotics at a local 24 seven pharmacy. The wait at the pharmacy was actually the hardest part.
So that we connected with was able to message me back-and-forth when the pharmacy had not received the fax, she immediately called it in herself and I was out the door 10 minutes later. She followed up the next day to check in on our dog, Pippin, and how she was feeling.
This was and is an amazing tool that we are so glad to have found!

Misleading
The app sucks it’s only good if you are in Ontario
Limited RX’s
Limited with the RX’s they are allowed to prescribe. They charge you to send RX’s to a local pharmacy. Shipping options are expensive if you want the meds in a decent amount of time.
This is a scam. Don’t do it.
During the appointment not before, I was told that a licensed veterinary cannot write a prescription. They can only provide the same information that you can find online if you check with ChatGPT. They still charged me for $120. God knows how I was able to put this money together and I put it as a priority over my eyes contacts. Because I don’t want my kittens to be sick. This is a scam. Don’t do it. They’re not gonna help you go search you’ll find the same information online if you ask the right questions.
