Same problems as other users. Impossible to log in. No password reset email sent. Frustrating waste of time.
Membership ID
Don’t have a MEMBERSHIP ID so can’t sign up don’t know where to get it from

It doesn’t take my login details says it will send an email for password reset and it never did. So I had to call the international number which took AGES. RIDICULOUS

I can’t even use this app as the registration and setup is terminally buggy. Frustrating experience.

Gave up trying to register this. Tried many passwords and the app would not allow them. Won’t bother wasting your time with it.
