App hardly works
The app hardly works at all. It will work for a couple of days and then just shows a white screen and continuously boots you back to the homepage. Have had to redownload it like 10 times trying to get it to work which it does for about an hour before it stops again
Employees are stupid and lie
I couldn’t go to any store because it was one hour before closing

Práctica y funcional
Aplicación súper funcional para saber que actividades habrá en el hotel, hacer reservas sin esperar y conocer todos los servicios que presta el hotel. Yo solo agregaría un mapa.

Over all very nice time
This was our first time to Mexico, the check in was a little hectic, the gal who checked us in was very pleasant.
Our room was a little dated and underwhelming but very clean and do able, Andrea in housekeeping was amazing! The grounds are beautiful, clean and easy to navigate. The pools were clean and clear! The beach by far was one of our favorites, lots of chairs and shade for all! The beach was kept up much better than others we walked past!
Margarito at the adult pool was also amazing! Great personality, easy to have a conversation with, and made great drinks! Worth the walk from the other side of the hotel to get a drink from him! Other bars had pretty good drinks as well!
All the staff was very friendly.
Diego at the lobby bar is friendly and makes a wonderful chocolate martini 😊
We had an issue getting reservations for all the restaurants. They were all full until the end of the week! This was a bummer due to the fact that the buffet food was not our favorite! The meals at the restaurants were very good and servers were amazing!
The buffet food was a little hit or miss, the staff was very pleasant. The guys bussing the tables on both upper decks were wonderful! The omelette chef was amazing and pleasant every time!
The entertainment was good, we never saw a repeat show. We really liked the new evolution show. Very talented dancers and crew! All the day activities were a huge highlight of this resort. From painting, to bingo, to dance lessons, and pool parties there was always something we could be doing!
Having a little shopping area within walking distance from the resort was a huge plus! We rode the bikes the hotel provided. Was a nice amenity but was a little hard to find bikes that were operable for our larger group of 8!
Overall, we were very pleased with our stay, and we would return.

Not Great
We could not log in for the first three days. Staff at the hotel were locked out of the Sysco and there was no way for anyone to report bugs or issues. Hope the app designer includes a tech support or bug report system in future.

Recensione obbligatoria per prenotare i ristoranti peccato che non si trovino le prenotazioni e che essendo più persone non me ammette più di 4 quindi andare tutti allo stesso orario è pressoché impossibile

COULD be super handy
This App has potential to be great but when all you get is "Oops. Something went wrong" and it kicks you back out continuously, it gets annoying. It should allow you to book/reserve the restaurants (as if you don't on day 1 your stuck at the one buffet every night) and allow you to actually book the spa and tours etc. If it even only allowed you to properly communicate with the resort without waiting in line ups, that would be satisfactory. If I could give advise, I would say that I wouldn't waste my time with it. I've wasted enough time on it for all of you! 😂
