Way too expensive now
The first time I bought from them, it was like the best discovery of my year. The frames were $5-$30 & lots of cute options! The price made up for the less quality lenses. Now they overpriced themselves. The frames are almost designer priced & there's way less cute variety like they once had. Really disappointed. Might as well buy from my optometrist now.

Price Increases, Style Decreases
It used to be that Vooglam had very flashy frames and constantly rotating sales. Now, their styles have gone to solid colors and ugly shapes with deep discounts at the end of the year (if at all) when they shed their stock for the previous year.
Wrong address
Don’t order from here if you have a tendency to type your address wrong. You will not get your items re-shipped.
App works, that’s about it

Refuse to use
This app used to be awesome! They used to have tons of really cute glasses for cheap but now you can’t get a pair for anything under $36 plus lenses and not many cute ones anymore. Idk why they got so uppity but this app is not worth it anymore!

Impossible customer service
They have such cute glasses at such reasonable prices. But I found the website very difficult to navigate and trying to ask a question (if you can find where to do this) takes minimum of 48 hours for a possible I had difficulty understanding the report representative that finally called me I’d ask a question, she’d answer, but wasn’t really answering what I was asking. This went on about 10 minutes with her just repeating her answer. What would have been the best response for me is just go through the checkout process step by step etc if you have to wait 2 days or more for help from customer service than take the time to help me understand. I finally said thanks anyway and hung up so I wouldn’t be nasty or anything.
