Odometer Photos
Can’t seem to upload odometer photo no matter how hard I try. The app just doesn’t seem to work properly.
Better upload those miles
It’s absolutely unacceptable that your single most fundamental feature (upload a pic of your odometer) is nonfunctional. The app is trash, and it’s an embarrassing failure for your company. Do something about it.
Terrible App
This app doesn’t respond. Well doesn’t provide you with anything. It’s hard to do everything on this app and I will not be renewing.
Great idea, low price moto insurance, questionable execution…
Thankfully I haven’t needed to make any claims to my policy, which is just about to renew for the first time, but making policy changes is impossible so far. I have called half a dozen times during weekday business hours and they never answer. I think they have internal business process issues—maybe tech issues to boot. I haven’t used the app much, but I don’t have high hopes based on the reviews

Not happy
So far not happy with this company. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the weekends when my husband and I bought a new bike to ins. it. It is now Tuesday and have left several messages for anyone to call us back still haven’t heard back from anyone. So now we are looking at other options for ins. Only reason I’m marking the one star is cause the price is good but your customer service is really terrible.
