Odometer Photos
Can’t seem to upload odometer photo no matter how hard I try. The app just doesn’t seem to work properly.
Better upload those miles
It’s absolutely unacceptable that your single most fundamental feature (upload a pic of your odometer) is nonfunctional. The app is trash, and it’s an embarrassing failure for your company. Do something about it.
Terrible App
This app doesn’t respond. Well doesn’t provide you with anything. It’s hard to do everything on this app and I will not be renewing.
Great idea, low price moto insurance, questionable execution…
Thankfully I haven’t needed to make any claims to my policy, which is just about to renew for the first time, but making policy changes is impossible so far. I have called half a dozen times during weekday business hours and they never answer. I think they have internal business process issues—maybe tech issues to boot. I haven’t used the app much, but I don’t have high hopes based on the reviews

Not happy
So far not happy with this company. Can’t get ahold of anyone on the weekends when my husband and I bought a new bike to ins. it. It is now Tuesday and have left several messages for anyone to call us back still haven’t heard back from anyone. So now we are looking at other options for ins. Only reason I’m marking the one star is cause the price is good but your customer service is really terrible.

App not functional
Uploading odometer only possible in the app. The app will not let you upload an odometer picture, just goes blank. Redownloaded multiple times and all picture permissions are on. Fix your app, VOOM.
No camera option
So, I got insurance, but the app fails to open the camera in order to take a odometer pic. And nowhere in my settings does it give me the option to give the app permission to use the camera at all. What gives?
Update, app allows me to open camera but doesn’t update the picture so they can see my mileage. And they won’t take photo over email. Why is it so difficult to do something that your company requires?

No camera
I tap on the option to upload odometer reading, and the app just goes to a black screen. Camera never opens. No option to give permission to use camera.
