Not to helpful
Our big party rented a place and the owner canceled at midnight the day we were supposed to go on vacation. In their policy they are supposed to help you find a place if it’s within 24 hours of your rental. We called and they were not helpful saying they couldn’t use the internet. So we were just left without a place trying to find one that would accept us later that day. After that experience I would rather use another app for a rental.

I was really enjoying this app. It was super easy to book. But when checking out Vrbo says there will be a 5% fee. But after checking out I had a much larger charge. After talking to customer support they actually charge 10% with a bunch of hidden fees. Will not be using again.
False Statement
The amount quoted as “all inclusive” didn’t turn out to be accurate. A $100 tax was added at booking. No explanation of who the tax was for.
Messages
Can’t not delete one of my “read” messages. Just annoying because I have another trip booked and always think there’s a message from the new trip. Is there an IT dept?
Great Company
We rented from the company for the first time in Destin Florida. It was a great experience Easy to rent from and the Condo was excellent! Couldn’t be more impressed with the quality and ease of renting from them. I would highly recommend this Company!
No customer service
All I need is a proper receipt with the last 4 of my card. It’s not in any receipts sent to my email or in my account. The AI bot is sending me in circles and won’t connect me with an agent. Airbnb sends me a proper receipt as well as other places. So it makes no sense to not include it for “security purposes” especially when the bot can’t even authenticate it properly when I give it my card info

Terrible UX
VRBO forces you to sign in on the app or website (you cannot use one to circumvent the other) if someone wants to share a trip with you. So I am unable to see the location my traveling partner has already booked unless I sign in. What an awful user experience.

Just loaded this app and it’s terrible. Trying to get help to set up account and getting a message that they can’t help because it’s not Expedia. Very confusing!

Easy to maneuver
Date issue
Kept trying to change the dates to make a reservation and it kept defaulting to original dates. Changed about 4 times before it used correct dates.

I seen beautiful and some reasonable prices advertised on this app. Looking forward to exploring and seeing what out there.

The worst
They must pay for the good reviews. We have used their platform to rent out our vacation home since 2017 and the functionality of the app has slowly become a nightmare. They make $$$ off of us and we get a difficult app that forces us to use the desktop version again and again.
Useful but a bit confusing.
I like VRBO but this app is a bit confusing. There is no obvious way to go find somewhere you stayed and easily reserve it again.
