I have spent 3 days msg hosts with no reply
Refund refused
I reserved a condo in San Diego for a trip with friends. A month before the trip one of our friends broke her leg and needed surgery. It kinda threw our plans off. I requested to cancel with refund but was denied! It was a month out . I attempted to contact the host but never got a reply but I did get a reply from the condo management company, which were rude and would not budge. I will never book with VRBO again ! Now I’m forced to take this trip solo or lose my $3,000. Unbelievable!!

Definitely not quiet
Place touted as quiet. Our room was part of a lockout. We could hear everything that was happening in next room as if they were in our room with us. So bad we could hear them eating their cereal in the morning. To get to room you needed to walk through facility maintenance facility. We would not stay there again.

Amazing stay!
The home is located in a beautiful area and is in great condition. We loved the quiet homey atmosphere and a place to just slow down and enjoy family time. Would recommend!!!

I would rate this app lower if I could
The app is fine until you try to get a refund or talk to a real person. There’s no option to talk to a live agent and the chat bot is useless , avoid this trash app at all costs
Misleading pricing
My 3 night stay said $811 including fees. My actual charge was $1,050.90. Some was tax and some was damage fee. But it still came out $100 more than the listening stated after the two items were added. No one could explain it to me.
Also email said I had 72 hours to make payment but I got a past due notice 12 hours later!
AND the cancellation protection said $76 to protect my “$2,049” stay!! I would like to know the charge to protect my actual $1,049.29 stay! I just passed on it.
I hope someone is monitoring these reviews.

Keeps crashing
Can’t really research a trip since the app crashes often. Very disappointed
Wrong cabin
The address that was sent was the wrong property. We did not reach are cabin until late in the dark up a treacherous road. It was raining and we had to cross a creek. We thought we were staying on the lake but we were 5 miles away

We had an amazing stay and would highly recommend this place! The views from the spacious balconies were absolutely breathtaking, with the ocean, Teide, and the coastline all in sight. The apartment was much bigger than we expected. The host was incredibly welcoming, caring, and always responsive. Local shops are nearby (car needed) and beautiful Garachico is just a short drive away for lovely evening walks.
A wonderful surprise was that during our 10 day stay, the apartment was cleaned and the towels and bedding were changed, something we’ve rarely experienced in holiday rentals. Thank you for such a fantastic stay!

Pointe Royale Never Disappoints
We have stayed at various condos at Pointe Royale over the last 20 years and it’s always been a positive experience. We love the pool and the golf, friendly staff and close location to the Strip. This condo was very clean and had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. Excellent communication with the owner when we had questions about the tv. Would definitely stay here again.

Modern Meadow cottage is truly beautiful. It was easy to unwind and just breathe in tranquility. All the finishing touches are elegant yet simple. A perfect place for a short escape. Thank you!

We loved the views of this spacious condo! Perfect for coffee in the mornings. Fit our needs perfectly. Kitchen had everything we needed, washer and dryer was great. Teenagers loved the comfy king beds. Pool was nice and overall the area was quiet. Great stay!

Cozy Cabin Rental
The cabin had everything we needed. We enjoyed hiking nearby in Hocking Hills, as well as, the fire pit and hot tub. Nice place to stay a little way from Hocking Hills in the peace and quiet of Chillicothe.
Lake House
We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful lakefront property! The home was spotless, comfortable, and the views were amazing. Anna was a great host -friendly, responsive and made everything easy from start to finish. We couldn’t ask for a better getaway and will definitely return.
