Worked for maybe a month, but after that it just logs you out. Terrible app, just get rid of it

Very difficult to use!
There are many things you can do to make this app easier to use. I still can get into the app to order my glasses. I am having difficulty with the glasses I am wearing currently. I should have done this in office! I would have my glasses by now!
How many times do I need to login?
On top of that they send you the login code via email. Clearly the most secure app in the world, it’s because no one would want to use it.
Can’t submit claim
The website has a button to submit a claim on the benefits page. This button is missing in the apps benefit page. I live overseas and can only use out of network providers. This makes the app almost completely useless for me.
Why does this app exist?
Logged in, page said it was expired or unavailable. 🤦
Worthless
The app crashes and takes a long time to load.
Non-functional App
Literally stuck on the loading page as soon as I opened the app. It’s been like this for at least a few months.
Do not install
This isn’t a real app, it’s a very lazy and cheap wrapper around a web browser. If you need to access VSP, you’re better off just using Safari on your phone. I don’t know what VSP is spending my insurance premium on, but it sure isn’t on app development.

The worst app I have ever tried to use. I never actually managed to log in. I consider myself computer savvy, as I work in IT, this app is trash.

The app and the website want me to make a selection on cookies, but I can’t select an option and the app or the site won’t load without it. Tried zooming, scrolling, changing to landscape. This thing doesn’t work.
Hope you don’t need to login
Needed to submit an insurance claim. Had spouse login and change password. Password given to me. Couldn’t login to app. Logged out on spouse phone, login successful. Attempted login on my phone, denied. Attempted login on computer, denied. Had spouse type in password, denied. Had spouse logout of their phone and attempted to login to mine, denied. Tried websites, denied. And while yes, I can use spouses phone, the fact that we cannot login with any device whether app or website is utter garbage on the company’s part.

Can’t even log in
Log in doesn’t even work. I can log in online no problem so the username/password is correct but it doesn’t work on the app
Terrible experience
The login process alone is enough for the 1 star rating. I’ve had to reset my password almost every time I need to use it and my wife is having the same issue. It should at least save the login details or, at a minimum, work when you enter the correct details.
Why Bother?
This is the worst app of all time. Completely unusable in every way. Don’t waste your time

I cannot log in at all. Not sure what’s the point of an app that does not let users log in. Whenever I tried to log in, it just says ‘Page Expired’
Nice idea poor execution
It let me log in, i gave it my personal info, i can not download an insurance card to my wallet, nothing will load, its actually offering plans for me to buy…. I already have a plan through my workplace and it wont load any of my information. Totally useless, didn’t get a physical card from them. No idea how im supposed to use my insurance. Feels like they’re making it difficult on purpose to make it hard to access benefits. Evil.
