Actually Unusable
Worked for maybe a month, but after that it just logs you out. Terrible app, just get rid of it

Very difficult to use!
There are many things you can do to make this app easier to use. I still can get into the app to order my glasses. I am having difficulty with the glasses I am wearing currently. I should have done this in office! I would have my glasses by now!
How many times do I need to login?
On top of that they send you the login code via email. Clearly the most secure app in the world, it’s because no one would want to use it.
Can’t submit claim
The website has a button to submit a claim on the benefits page. This button is missing in the apps benefit page. I live overseas and can only use out of network providers. This makes the app almost completely useless for me.
