Improved Member App Experience!
The new VSP mobile app is incredibly easy to use and makes managing my vision benefits simple and convenient. I love being able to log in quickly with Face ID and easily access my doctor information, claims, benefits, and other important details all in one place. Everything is organized and easy to find, which saves me time and makes managing my vision care much easier. Great app!

Easy to use & relevant info
Loved quickly finding my id card after logging in. Reviewed my benefits and could search in network drs from the home screen. EASY!!

I needed to schedule eye exams for my kids and the app was so easy to use! I was able to quickly look up our benefits and find a doctor close to home.

They obviously completely redesigned this app. Much improved, so easy to use. No login issues anymore, and I love that I can even use Face ID now.

Love the new app
The new version of the app is so easy to use! The UI is a lot better.

The app is clean and easy to use. I was able to easily find a list of doctors near me and loved the feature that allowed me to store my ID card in apple wallet.
A huge improvement
This app is a huge improvement and works flawlessly. Login is easy and all the most important tools are available like finding a doctor, viewing benefits, and submitting claims.
This app really saved me
I was at a new eye doctor and the staff said I wasn’t covered for retinal screening. I checked my app and found out I am covered. This is important because in the exam I learned I need to see a specialist. So glad I got the exam and the app made my coverage clear.

Can’t Login
Login does not work on this app, making it useless.
Easy to use
Much better than I remember. The app feels simpler and I was able to get what I needed without having to dig around. Nice improvement.

Wow! This new version is so much better! I can do what I need to do easily - find a doctor near me that takes my insurance and see my benefits clearly. Great improvement.

Log in
App log in does not work. Every time it asks to verify after logging in it kicks back to the log in screen and I have to retype my username and password. No issues using the online site. Just the app.

This app is absolute trash. When you can’t even login to an app that’s supposed to make it easier on the user you know that the service is going to absolutely abysmal. I don’t know how they were allowed to put out an app that’s supposed doesn’t work let alone tell people to use it. I will never tell anyone the use this platform and it is such a waste of time and storage on my phone. Never again!!!!

Useless, I’d give less if I could
Can’t even log in. As soon as it accepts my password, it kicks me back to the sign in screen. I get my two factor authentication code but it’s already too late. Need to update.
