The app is struggled to book walks - it’s whole point in existing
I used wag for 40plus walks without much isssues. Something changed where it had trouble processing payment or connecting to walkers. Did everything I could think of on my end and contacted there customer service and was blown off. Sent an email letting them know my experience and I’d was moving on to another service then they wanted to help so I wouldn’t leave.

On Wag, the easy to use icons offer a comprehensive landscape of ways to communicate with the person watching your pet. You know at all times where the pup is and whether they eliminated on their walk.
