This is my go-to app for transportation and it’s great otherwise but if I even visit another menu I’m prompted with the login screen upon returning to the Tickets menu. It seems there is no memory of your credentials, very frustrating having to sign in every single time I want to view my tickets

I’ve used Wanderu for 10 years. It has helped me many times to get to several places from Philly, DC, NY, Virginia, Boston, etc… Easy to use and super helpful!

I take this bus every weekend from NY to DE. It’s a cheap bus but the only thing I would complain about it’s the seats but beside everything it’s good.

Bought Ticket Never Received it
Bought a ticket on the platform and never received it. Had to go directly to Flix and repurchase the ticket again

I bought a tickets on the site. Paid for them in full. I have not received any tickets to my email. I called support team, they told me that they can send me tickets while the transaction is in pending status. Now it is approved and I still haven't received any tickets!!! Please send me my tickets!!!!!!!! Oh, and I can't register or log in to the app!!!!

driver behavior like crazy!!!
This is really frustrating. My bus was scheduled for March 26th at 11:30 AM. I asked the driver if it was the correct bus and showed him my ticket, but he behaved very rudely. It was honestly shocking.
How do you keep people like this employed? This is America, not a place where people should be treated like that.
He let everyone else on easily, but he asked me for my name three times without any reason. I kept telling him to check my ticket, but he still gave me a hard time. It was a very frustrating experience.
