Wanderu not only makes booking easy but it makes for affordable travel easy check in and instant rewards. Even when I need to book short trips!! I love wanderu
The app sucks
Cannot reset password because app doesn’t send me the reset email. Did not send me QR code for the tickets either, and drive was rude af.
Repeatedly charges, but runs into errors during confirmation. Very Sus
App has no problem logging me in, selecting a trip and going through checkout. After charging me there’s a repeated confirmation error. I wouldn’t recommend; support is also virtually impossible to get in contact with.

Login required to check my tickets? Annoying
This is my go-to app for transportation and it’s great otherwise but if I even visit another menu I’m prompted with the login screen upon returning to the Tickets menu. It seems there is no memory of your credentials, very frustrating having to sign in every single time I want to view my tickets

I’ve used Wanderu for 10 years. It has helped me many times to get to several places from Philly, DC, NY, Virginia, Boston, etc… Easy to use and super helpful!

I take this bus every weekend from NY to DE. It’s a cheap bus but the only thing I would complain about it’s the seats but beside everything it’s good.
