Scam

This company is a complete scam. I purchased furniture insurance from them, and when my sofa broke, I contacted them and filed a claim. However, after some time passed, they failed to call or get in touch with me. When I reached out to them a second time, they claimed that the 30-day filing window had already expired. Later, a second sofa broke; I called them again and filed a report, but they never showed up. When I called to follow up, they told me that the specific defect was not covered by the insurance—despite having assured me at the time of purchase that the policy covered "everything." I called them three separate times regarding different issues, yet their excuse remained the same every time: the insurance does not cover it. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, they told me that the person in charge was unavailable. I tried to reach a supervisor five times, but their excuse was always the same: "He is not here." I find it baffling that a supposedly large company would not have a supervisor on the premises. I strongly suspect that this is a fraudulent scam operation, concerned only with stealing money from ordinary, hardworking people like myself. This company should be boycotted; it is a failed, bogus enterprise built on fraud and deception. They have delivered absolutely nothing in return for the substantial amount of money they took from us.

Very professional and easy app to use

Good app when it can be used

It took awhile as it always asked for an email verification that I could never receive. Once it worked it was easy.

Waste of money

The last time I had someone out here to clean my swivel chair. They did a horrible job. It takes more than 5 minutes to shampoo a swivel chair. Don’t buy this warranty you’re better off getting Stanley Steelers to clean your furniture

A bit time consuming to find the closest item to the item you are opening a claim on. But once it’s found, it’s easy

My terms say that accidental scratches are covered. But they keep denying my claim for no reason. This is some BS warranty

I usually don’t leave reviews unless it’s to say something negative. However… I wanted to say that this app is pretty cool.

Doesn’t take long to submit a claim and it’s rather user-friendly so I have to say well done. In addition, I appreciate the ease with which I was able to submit my claim. Thank you.

Misleading warranty coverage

I submitted a claim for a cushion seam issue and it was denied based on a minor detail in the submission rather than the actual problem. The coverage appears much more restrictive than expected, and the process is not very forgiving if an honest mistake is made. Overall, disappointing experience. Do not purchase this warranty as it is a waste of money. Save your money to purchase new furniture if needed soon thereafter purchasing.

I’ve had an issues with a couch previously from living space. The new one they gave me keeps getting these sun spots/water spots. This service is awesome. The Kirk’s grew but if that doesn’t work they come out and clean it pretty quick. They are always prompt and slay very professional and nice! The process is super easy to submit. Less than 5 minutes.

Submitting a claim is easy with the app. I’m hoping the resolution is just as streamline.

User friendly

I’m not sure what has been done recently to make the process a bit easier for customers, but it’s very appreciated. It’s super easy to navigate through questions, pictures and a video unless than 5 minutes.

Consistency denying claims

We have submitted three claims with the company for reasons under the claim, but the company continues to change the verbiage once submitted to something that they do not cover. I have taken pictures of what I’ve submitted and when it returns back with denied, they changed the term. Yet still do not take care of the problem.
