Big upgrade
We have been with Wasp for a few years. The old app was just OK, but this new one is significantly better. Much faster. I can scan a bunch of assets and then perform actions on them. We have two Android Wasp devices and those are super fast using the barcode scanner, but I also use it on my iPhone and that experience has been much better. That old app was clunky on bringing up the camera on my phone to scan, but this app seems to recognize I’m using a phone and launches it automatically. That has been nice. We haven’t done an audit since moving to the new app, but I watched a video and based off the video it’s more intuitive and I expect it will speed up our process. We are thinking of adding RFiD capabilities as well so I’m curious to test that out on this new app.
I did have one small issue initially as the login process changed a bit, but I reached out and got help really quickly.
