App doesn’t work

The app doesn’t recognize my address. Asks me to set up service. I used the old app with no issues. What’s up?

Doesn’t work

It tells me to enter my invoice number and then tells me it’s not right (and yes I entered just the numbers before the letter). No other way to log in. You’re just screwed if it doesn’t like your invoice number (which is stupid because your invoice number changes on every bill — which one am I supposed to enter). So apparently you can’t use it at all.

Can not login and they discontinued the old app

I can't log into the new app and they've discontinued the old app, which worked fine.
