Completely broken

I’m unable to use the app properly at all and it’s making my trip to the hotel difficult to manage. Thankfully the staff have been attentive via email and phone. The app really needs to be fixed.

Potentially the most irritating app I’ve ever used

Honestly, just delete the app. It’s infuriating to log in, with many “password does not match” messages when you know the password. No option to actually tester the password. After eventually getting in, I tried to make a massage booking … turns out I needed to call them. Super irritating and a bad reflection on the hotel brand.

The worst app - Don’t bother just phone them.

Given the cost of starting at the hotel and amazing service in the hotel they have definitely dropped the ball with this app.

We stay regularly and love Watergate Bay but trying to use this app is painful and annoying.

Fix it or ditch it!
