Nice app but loggin is a pain
Nice app but I got to log in every time I use it. Please make finger print and facial recognition usable on this app so I don’t have to keep typing it in. Thank you
Doesn’t work
I used to log in on my IPhone, it stopped working ages ago. Useless app.
Hasn’t been working for ages now
This app is not working and hasn’t been since mid 2020.
I had this set up to auto top up when dropping below £5.
This stopped when I was issues a nee bank card.
Not a problem, I’ll register my new card and remove my old card from the system. Every time I try to login I get the dreaded ‘Ooops! We have a problem page’.
I’ve tried resetting my password (successfully), but still no joy.
I’ve rang them and the reply back was ‘Just reset your password on the desktop site and it will be fine’
Again, tried that and still get the Oooops page...!!!

Basic
I do find the top up quick and the auto top up a good idea. My uni smart card having it built in is a good idea, saves needing a purse or carrying loose cards. Having to sign in to the app is a pain, would be better with facial and/or fingerprint recognition. It is slow, returning to home is not as easy as it should be. The help pages are sooo basic it tells you nothing that exploring doesn’t tell you. The loyalty part has no help at all, it is not clear how many points you need to redeem for something. If it wasn’t built into my uni smart card, I would not use it!!

Dreadful App
Absolutely dreadful app.
Can’t log in and developer isn’t updating.
Far easier to just use a standard web browser.
