Absolutely Terrible App
For all the money we pay to advertise with the Knot you can barely connect with consumers on this App. You have to use your Desktop computer if you need to change anything in your profile or settings. For Vendors who can’t be listed on Wedding Wire which we were for 12 years (because they took away our vendor category) this is an absolute nightmare- their website doesn’t even let you login to the Vendor account to access profile changes - 20 years in business and this is a joke. It still sucks
When I read messages it still shows it’s been unread. Like it’s a brand new message. So I constantly have new notifications that will never go away. This app is the worst app I’ve ever had to use and it’s been like that for years. Even when they revamped it, it sucked. Y’all have enough money to make a good app. So make one.

Broken as always
The knot never puts any money in their apps or website. They just like the money we pay them. Ugh.
Doesn’t work
Seems to be about a 50/50 chance on whether an update completely breaks the app. Takes weeks or months to get it resolved, just to have the next update break it again. It’s completely unusable
Always broken
The app always broken. Now I just sent 5 duplicated messages to all my leads because it said that the messages were failed to send. And it always has been like this, never work properly.
Vendor
It's so frustrating, I spend so much money a month for it to not even work. I try to respond to my brides and it's saying “unable to send, try again” I've been trying for weeks. I updated the app and it's just a no. So unacceptable.
Wedding vendor
Just updated the app. And it still not working properly. This is ridiculous. I pay so much money for advertisement and i cannot manage anything from the phone app or even from web browser. I’ve contacted customer support a year ago and they told me that they working on it and after several updates still same issue.This is unacceptable.

Improved app
I like it. Can you allow quick replies to be loaded and modified before sending ?
Also the line spacing is a little wonky from browser to app when using quick replies.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription and get ahold of my contact for DAYS. They are unresponsive, they do not listen, and my pages look terrible. I cannot edit them and I have expressed this and they still will not get back to me. I am the customer! I am paying you! Do not sign up with them. Biggest mistake I made and way too expensive.

Terrible app for vendors — extremely disappointing
I’m a vendor listed on both The Knot and WeddingWire, and the WeddingPro app has been nothing but frustrating. It constantly lags, especially when switching between platforms. Sometimes it won’t even load at all or logs me out completely, forcing me to re-enter my login credentials. Just now, I got logged out again — and after signing back in, only my The Knot account is visible. WeddingWire won’t load and throws an error.
Uploading photos for my portfolio is another nightmare. The app compresses images so much that the quality is terrible. I always have to use my computer just to upload high-quality images through the browser. And when clients send me inspiration photos in the app, I can’t even open them directly — I have to go to the browser to view them, which is so inconvenient.
I honestly don’t understand what I’m paying for. For such a high platform fee, this app should be functional and reliable. Right now, it’s just a mess. I really hope the developers take this feedback seriously and fix these ongoing issues.

Good update
Wedding photographer here. Bumped up from 3 stars to 4 stars. The most recent update was a massive improvement and I think they’re taking this app in the right direction now. Originally, it was barely usable, but now with the focus being primarily on the messaging, it’s so much better. The app runs so much more smoothly and is tailored essentially just for messaging leads which is fantastic. I can see all the info submitted by the leads and it works.
Eventually, it might be nice to see some of the functionality return for updating photos on my storefront since I have a lot of pictures on my phone from each wedding. But in the app’s current state, it’s stable and communications oriented which is exactly what I need it for.

Worst built app ever
Not sure what prompt they used to build this, but this is the single worst - most nonfunctional app I have ever used. Constantly requires uninstalling/reinstalling because every few days it just starts to hang and indefinitely load. It’s been like this for years and across multiple devices (and even platforms). Just utter failure of a design and implementation.

Updates Removed Features
The recent updates to this app have removed most of the features I use. Now it’s literally just another email app. I used this app/program for reviews and now I cannot access them on the app, and they have put the ability to reply to reviews behind a paywall. Truly disappointing!

When opening the app, each screen does not load and it’s completely blank. After closing the app several times, it does not work.
Terrible company
I used to pay for a store front and got very few leads maybe 5 a year !!! Canceling that was a nightmare I had to call and act like I wanted to upgrade before I could get anyone on the phone and then bait and switch. I’ve gotten more leads off a free ZOLA storefront in one year then I ever got from paying for this one. Also still have a storefront. They won’t notify me when I do get leads only when the leads decide to go with someone else. Nightmare . Zola has been great to work with no problems very clear and straightforward lots of leads

Never Loads
This app is terribly designed, it is full of glitches and will always get stuck in a loading loop. The web version is also full of glitches. It is basically unusable. Disappointing for a platform that charges over $4,800 a year.
Does not work at all
Screen is completely white. after redownloading and restarting still absolutely nothing, zero content, nothing on the page.
Crash out app
The app is great when it works. This apps crashes every few weeks and has to be deleted and redownloaded. I’ve missed out on a lot of potential business not being aware that the app crashed
