Negligent patient care
Technical issue after technical issue and they do not care how this affects the patient. I’m 4 weeks out from my weekly appointments and have no clue when I will get to see my provider again. This is what happens when greedy insurance companies control your healthcare.
Inconsistent
Works until it doesn’t work then nobody knows what the issue is or how long it will take to fix it. You may or may not hear back from them. Stop messing around with people’s healthcare! Fix your issues or shut it down! Lawsuit waiting to happen!
Care good, app awful
The care provided is good and high quality. The app is terrible. Every time you leave it to add a picture or look up insurance info to add, it bumps you out completely and you need to start over. This made the appt form take over 40 minutes when it really could have been 5.

Incredibly simple
Incredibly simple I was unable to get into my doctor. I was able to use the virtual doctor very satisfied. Had the visit in my living room in my chair very comfortable.

I absolutely love this app. The doctor is helpful and kind and gets u done in a reasonable amount of time. You will not regret trying this I promise.

Dr. Sarah McLaughlin is professional, caring, and helpful. She stresses the importance of an overall healthy lifestyle for an overall healthy mind - creating balance. She will explain things & educate you. I have been seeing her for over a year, and although only through tele-health, we have a solid working relationship that is allowing me to work through my issues- with privacy & respect & care.

Dr Michael Jone is AMAZING
For the first time in many years, the doctor was kind he’s listen to what I had to say he didn’t judge me. It was probably one of the best doctor visits I’ve ever had and it was a telehealth visit. In fact, I’m probably going to make him my primary care and it’s a couple hour drive but I don’t care when you need a good doctor that will listen to you and actually help you. It’s worth as many hours as you need to drive thank you so much for this app and thank you so much for him. It’s made my morning and my month!!!❤️

I had never used a telehealth service before a weekend malady made trying to “make it til Monday” uncomfortably unbearable.
My examination doctor (Dr. Allen) was awesome. She was attentive, straightforward, and keen to answer my questions and prescribe an effective course of treatment.
The experience opened my eyes to the incredible convenience and value of telehealth services. I will certainly use this service, as necessary, in the future.

Best app for virtual health
This is by far the best company and application I have used for Virtual Health. I won’t use another unless forced to by insurance!
Prices are a joke
I can pay literally $10 to drive 3 mins to a med express and get examined and the same treatment because my insurance covers it. Out of respect for not infecting others I figured I’d try virtual, but they’re asking $65 before my insurance even pays a cent. And this app is recommended by MY insurance that’ll let me pay a $10 copay at Med Express. I don’t understand the madness.

Never ending technical issues
I’m not sure how any Amwell related app can continue operating with as many technical issues as they have. I have had more appointments with issues than without. It’s sad when you pay for a premium service but don’t receive it. It’s been going on for too long, fix it.
I'm impressed
I have never used this service before today as I was shy and nervous to talk to someone I did not know. But today I decided to call at my husbands recommendation. The Dr. I spoke with was wonderful! He was kind and explained everything well. I had no wait time and the appointment itself only took a few minuets. Great job! You saved me from having to go to the ER or urgent care in freezing cold and dangerous weather when I just need a simple antibiotic/steroid. Thank you. I will be using this service in the future and am lucky my insurance offers this awesome service!

This was amazing! My son had an issue that was fairly urgent, but not an emergency and he wouldn’t be able to see our family physician for another 3 weeks. Ironically, my employer had just sent out a flyer about this telemedicine service through our insurance so we decided to try it out! I am so glad we did! The pediatrician we saw was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He provided him with treatment he would have had to wait for otherwise. It saved us from having to go to the ER! Would highly recommend this service!! Thank you!!

Amazing Experience 10/10
This is a must try if you’ve never tried online doctor visits. They are very professional and helpful and will write you script for you to pick up at your nearest pharmacy after they have diagnosed your illnesses. Highly recommend!
