Keeps me updated. I know what days I work and if I can’t work, I can always put the information into the app and it goes straight to my Manager. The day I can’t work gets removed from my schedule. Now my days to work are correct.

Comes up as a free app but after creating an account and putting all our info in it then announced it’s only a 14 day trial. Google search reveals a £2.50 - £3.00 pm pp. When there’s no transparency it’s a major red flag.

When I Work just because Rippling and it is absolute garbage. Don’t waste your time or money.

Hit and miss
Sometimes the app lets me log in and then when I go to punch out for lunch it says I haven’t logged in. Also sometimes doesn’t log out either at the end of the day. There’s no way for a user to sort this. I have to get my HR department to do it. Happens at least once a month if not more. Annoying
I like it
I don’t like that I have to select the location where I’m working every time. I want it to just show me my shifts regardless by default.

im an employee not an employer but on my end everything is great. easy to clock in and out and easy to fix it when i clock in or out late or early. easy to message coworkers and exchange shifts.
I love my JOB!
It always tells me ahead of time my schedule for the next day, week. Let’s me confirm or make changes that goes to my manager to remind them of a doc appt or something else I need off for. Love this app! Makes having your schedule at your disposal so much easier!!! 🤘🏻
