So great that something like this exists and is paid for by the council, at a reasonable cost to the user. Yay to social infrastructure!
Bus pickup issues
I booked a bus that picks up 2 mins away. It arrived and stayed for less than a minute.
Awful App
You couldn’t have made it less user friendly. Just spent 30 minutes trying to book a ride, in the end I gave up. The service sounds great but I guess it will fail because people don’t use it…probably due to such an awful app, a great shame.

I looked for a connect to pick me up from home in Sutton Veny , to see a note saying it was out of area. What is the point of a rural bus service which does not come to the villages?

Very easy to use app and well designed, routing seemed spot on from Pewsey to Tidworth with two drop offs

Inconvenient scheduling
I book a bus at a specific time. It arrives earlier than when I booked it for so I can’t make it on time. Leaves without confirming whether I can make it. At the very least it should arrive later than when I booked it so I don’t miss it.
Was good before updated
The app was brilliant before the update. Now I can even book a bus. Constantly say’s busses full. Been trying from the night before till the next day.
Terrible App
Difficult to use, keyboard not operable in certain situations and crashes. Try testing before release.
App crashed
Booked a bus and app has crashed and can’t get onto it so can’t even see about the confirmation if I’m getting picked up
