Bus pickup issues

I booked a bus that picks up 2 mins away. It arrived and stayed for less than a minute.

Awful App

You couldn’t have made it less user friendly. Just spent 30 minutes trying to book a ride, in the end I gave up. The service sounds great but I guess it will fail because people don’t use it…probably due to such an awful app, a great shame.
