Extremely rude and overly complicated
I scheduled a yesterday so I could go to an interview, due to some miscommunications with the business long story short I didn’t have one. The business was a 40 minute walk from my house, and the next winready wasn’t coming for another 40 minutes. So I went on the bus that was literally parked across the street, and the winready HQ started screaming at me that I should have scheduled first before getting on the bus and that it was my fault they had to move things around?? And they misgendered me a bunch. Sorry I wanted to ride on the bus literally parked across the street and not wait 40 minutes??

Very inconvenient
I scheduled my ride 2 days in advance to make sure I would be able to make my Dr appointment in time but my pickup time kept getting pushed back to the point that I would be late for my appointment and had to cancel. I would rather walk then use WinReady
Almost never any buses avaliable
Whenever I try to use the app there are never any buses available but we see them everywhere. They need to get more drivers.

I was not given the opportunity to set a password during initial account creation. I will/can not enter payment info if there is no password…
