Great app
This is a great app to chat about hard things. My only complaint was I was having issues with another member and the app wouldn’t let me block them for a good day or so
Overrun by bots
Too many bots in the app. You have “users” that strike conversations with you using the same script. Was initially happy being part of a “supportive” community but started noticing that lots of profiles were disingenuous, or talk like a bunch of AI. Totally put me off…
Nobody genuinely cares about the struggles
I’ve reached out to many individuals, they just don’t care about my feelings. One supervisor just deliberately ignored me and they were online for 4 HOURS!

I will miss the app, I only gave 3 stars because although I really liked the app, i was accused of giving medical advice
and I didn’t do that… I put in my own words about a supplement that was working for me and I stopped using the supplement and noticed more anxiety and stress that I didn’t have when I took the supplement, supplements are not medicine, anyone can benefit from them, I wasn’t given any opportunities to explain myself, they just removed my post, im already having anxiety and rejection issues and the app set a trigger for me

Still not opening
I am getting more and more frustrated with the app’s failure to open. For the time that I’ve been able to log in, it was very useful. Then it would get stuck on the logo screen. Again I made sure my IOS was up to date, and made sure there were no updates on the app itself. I even charged up an old phone that’s an Android to see if possibly it was this phone. It’s not.
I was enjoying not only conversations with buddies but also participated in as many live events as possible.
It finally opened for me last Wednesday. I tried opening it on Thursday, got in briefly, then tried again to get into the app after I took my cat to the vet and he had to be euthanized. Could not get in, and in the days since I still can’t get in.
So very disappointing.

How wrong
So it’s meant to be a support app for help and there’s already not enough of these apps as it is and they threaten to ban me just because someone gave me their WhatsApp I get they’re worried about safety but come on I can’t even make friends then apparently due to these unfair rules so now I’m more lonely and alone

Nothing on here is private. Moderators and supervisors have access to all of your messages and data. They also sell your data, there is no such thing as anonymity or privacy on here.

There are many who will invite you off platform. It’s extremely suspicious. Also, I’m convinced that they are making use of AI with old accounts that are no longer in use. Meaning, there’s a good chance your not chatting with real people, rather AI. I say this because I’ve used AI extensively. The way some responses are written…perfectly…no grammatical errors, and responding in a way that’s over the top….the response is too perfect. This is indicative of AI. This app is very suspicious. With that being said I do believe there are real people on there, who are good decent people. But there are also very very suspicious characters on there. This app doesn’t feel safe.

I tested the subscription back in Oct 2019 for a free year but eventually never used the Wisdo service. My biggest mistake was probably putting my credit card in it. Now even if my account is no longer exist, THEY KEEP CHARGING ME!! PLEASE SEND HELP!
People say that Wisdo does not charge subscription but why i have a recurring yearly charge that I cannot get out of. Even the merchant phone number they put in the payment detail is not reachable to anyone. Please send help!!

A Joke
This app is a trip they allow anybody to become a helper on this app instead of just getting licensed train professionals. They have broken people give you advice people who are going through worse things than you are. You have some helpers who think just because they are a helper that in their warped mind, they are a licensed professional, and they give you all this off-the-wall advice on what they think that a true licensed professional will give you. not worth it.

Abusive content.
I was on the app 30 minutes and was told I needed to be committed. The moderators advised me that all comments can only be deleted if you delete your account or if they choose to. There is no immediate way to reconcile abuse. I would not recommend this app. It seems like it may collect date for review. And it’s essentially not “moderated”. You can use any social media account to get this sort of feedback. Just one difference.. you have ownership to delete your own comments and input! Highly would not recommend.

Excited & Disappointed
So far I really love the easiness of the use for the app. I am a bit disappointed that there isn’t a support group that focuses on infertility as that was the main reason I was looking for help with.
Horrible app do not do
I used to love this app back in 2018-2019 however this app has went downhill bad. I got banned because I expressed that I wanted to die. I had to beg the customer support to let me back in. To make matters worst I got back on it, encountered a racist “helper” called them out on their racism and got banned again. This app is bad. I hope they take it off no one uses it anymore anyways and that should tell you a lot.
