Name match issues make it impossible to send money to myself.

Their AI help reassures me that AI is too stupid to take over the world. My bank abbreviated my (admittedly long, thanks Mum) name on my statement but even though Wise has trusted me for a few years they now no longer will accept money from me. They want a bank statement with my full name or no deal. So annoying to suddenly be told “you are not you” anymore.

Very easy

Although it took a few try’s for me to get it right, my first time using Wise was a great way to send money overseas without having to leave home. Certainly will be using in the future
