This company will try to get you to sign up for free trial and then have auto renewals with no notices. I even tried to call and cancel prior to my renewal and they still would not refund the pending charge. I believe any reputable company would refund a subscription that has not even started in the renewal. But they would not.

I signed up this app with 30 days money back warranty. After the first day, I released that this app is full of useless AI made videos and content. I asked my money back. In 5 day I chatted with 4 different representatives. At the very end, I have been told that it is not refundable against what I signed up for. I am going to report this scammers to my credit card company. Stay away from them!!!

Absolute disaster I had some mental health issues. I clicked on this app and all of a sudden I got charged hundreds of dollars was a nightmare trying to cancel. They had no phone number. They wanted me to do everything through email online chat. What a disaster don’t get sucked into this.

iOS 18.6.2 1) The focus noise just stops randomly when a timer is in use - the timer info just disappears as if it was never set. 2) there’s no audible indicator to the end of a pomodoro focus or break phase 3) the app blocker stayed on even though I’d stopped the app and closed it. Had to disable in Screen Time settings.

Absolute scam. Even after you cancel your subscription they continue to charge you multiple times and it is impossible to cancel. You have to go on to their portal and request via email to be contacted. No option to cancel right on the portal. Zero value and charged multiple times for different amounts adding up to hundreds of dollars.

Hidden additional subscription!
I enjoyed wisely while using it. However, due to family matters, I was forced to cancel temporarily. After cancelling, I realized that $45 continued to come out of my account and had been the last 3 months. I reached out to them, reminding them that I had cancelled and I still saw the money coming out, requesting a refund for the $45 that had just showed pending that morning.
Their response was to offer the ebook (this is what the $45 was for which I had no knowledge of) for the remaining month. I was unaware of this separate subscription and let them know of this, I thought it was just the regular subscription for the app itself. That being explained, I requested the refund and told them I appreciate the offer but that I would like the refund. The response was that everything was non-refundable! They did tell me they understood this can be frustrating and validated my feelings… 🙄

NO REFUNDS
When signing up for the app, it says you can get a refund within 30 days. What it doesn't say is that you have to provide two solid weeks of screenshots to get the refund. DO NOT GET

Instead of the one-time purchase of $10, they used to small print to automatically sign me up for a $60/month useless app! To get a refund, you have to use the app for consecutive 15+ days but not less than 30 - WITH ADHD!! I found this on tiktok shop. I thought it was ADHD worksheets. They legit are preying on people with ADHD. DO NOT GET THIS APP!!

Refuse refunds for months not used
You cannot cancel the subscription in the app. You must email them and you must email them 24 hours in advance even if you never use the app and you already deleted it. The app was set to renew on May 22. They charged me May 22 I emailed them on May 22 and they still refuse to give me a refund even though the app was never used. I gave them one star because at least they responded to my request for a refund even if they denied it.

I found this ‘app’ to COMPLETELY USELESS… This app is definitely a scam. No instructions. No e-book. Just a screen with various options to listen to- music, thundershowers, etc. if u want to ‘deep focus’ or ‘light focus”, etc.
The app makes no sense and there are no tutorials. They also make it difficult to cancel and/or ask for refunds. They claim u can get a refund if you’re not satisfied with the product, but then give a los of things to do in order to cancel, with one of the stipulations requiring you to use the app for 14 days straight, then u submit a request and they review it and will decide if you are worthy of a refund or not. Not the type of company or people, I’d like to deal with. Total garbage.
