I tried to share my blood pressure readings with my doctor, but when I generate a report it only shows an average. The doctor specifically needs to see each individual measurement, and there’s no option to create a report with the separate entries. It also doesn’t allow me to generate reports for individual items like blood pressure or other metrics.

Ridiculous, built only to upsell, not to actually work well with the scale and provide basic readings, even worse it won’t give measurements for others unless they do their own profile on the app. Immense scam.
Doesn’t connect to Apple products…
The system is failing to update basics like step and Sleep. Despite following every YouTube video “how to fix this problem“ it doesn’t fix. Finally upgraded and paid for my subscription and it still doesn’t work.
Lag time between weigh in and being able to see the data in the IOS app now 21 hours. That is unacceptable when trying to monitor metrics closely.y
Péssimo
The app has got great bones but there are some items that don’t work as intended or don’t work well. Specifically, I have noticed that when completing a cycling workout, the GPS connection with my phone is often spotty, leaving large untracked portions of my ride. Also, the date is always off . If I ride today, as soon as I finish, the ride will display as being completed one week ago. Finally, the connection with Apple health seems intermittent.

Application a beaucoup de bug depuis environ 1 mois, mauvaise date sur les course, temps faussé, etc.
I think the app and the scale are both fantastic. Easy to use with a large amount of data available to me.
Everytime after iPhone software update, Withings won’t record the blood pressure readings! It is still not fixed as of September 5, 2026.
I’ve had the scale for over two years and the software app has always been glitchy and erratic. Also, my visceral fat goes from 5 to 4.3 just by changing the display. !?? Doesn’t play well with apple products either. Not very happy with the product…
Pay for add on’s advertising to the point of irritation
The hardware is reasonably good if a little expensive. The app is incredibly frustrating I want set a target for weight and I can but I’m unable to set a date even on the WEB interface I am unable to set the date I want because it has to be a six month target and then suddenly it has to be a 3 year target. Get the app to match the hardware in quality. I would give more issues but the response of within to support issues does not fill me with confidence so will not waste time with further frustrations.

I’d say it’s pretty good but they advertise ECG with a doctors review within 24-48 hours . I’ve done 5 weigh ins but still no ECG review. When I try to contact them , crickets . So it doesn’t appear they have much of a customer service presence
The data is often mislabeled, the wrong data set displayed, or one of many other issues. The main page will show you the current data and if you click to see more detail it shows data up to the day prior which is less information not more. If you do multiple ECG in a day it will display the most recent and label it as the first of the day. Repeating this will show a different data set with the same label. And now it will display individual data sets but it labels the date ranges wrong then offers one day of data over a multiple week range. Not a science company.

Stops connecting frequently. Reloading from beginning does not help.
Doesn’t uodate to my phone regularly. Always lags. Sleep data is over a month out of date.
Have been using Withings for several years and it is good at encouraging health improvement trends. The main issue with it though is a dependence on myfitnesspal for nutrition information. I use MacroFactor and it is writing information into the Apple health app but this app isn’t looking at any of it leaving a large area that impacts health blank. The myfitnesspal app is full of ads so I don’t use it. Why not just add the ability to read nutrition data from Apple Health?

I’ve had my watch now for several years and I bought it primarily for heart rate detection as I have paroxysmal A fib. This feature was great. Overall, I find the menus difficult to navigate and it’s impossible to switch off the annoying cycling monitoring that I don’t want. Also, the battery seems to run out a lot more quickly than when I first got the watch. Another annoying feature is when travelling across time zones and on flights the watch cannot automatically update without opening the app that must be Bluetooth connected at each and every different time zone. I would also much prefer a charging option where you just lay the phone flat onto a battery you can charge so that the charger doesn’t have to be plugged in every time you charge the phone.
