I’m trying to import/export data and every time I click NEXT it stays on the same screen. Force closing app doesn’t fix it.
Can’t get the app to transfer data to health
The setup is rather torturous but when the device finally worked it read the blood pressure to the app but not apple health . There’s lots of information in the app on joining the subscription scene but very little on setting up the device . There’s lots Withings app seems very happy to read all my data from Apple health but won’t return the favour.

Fascinatingly terrible
The app should be called “Migration in Progress” and it’s just you watching a revolving circle graphic.
Annoying daily review prompts!
I like using this app, but every single day I open it, I am immediately hit with a pop-up asking me to leave a review. Prompting users on a daily basis is incredibly annoying and ruins the user experience. Please fix this spammy behavior!
Bloated
Bloated app, really just need to use the scale and track those related metrics.
Inconsistent
Bluetooth keeps dropping out. Screen is now stuck on setup mode
App hangs & is non-functional
Launching the app, it just hangs loading the Home screen. Widgets at the top & bottom appear but don't respond and not content loads. I can't access my data or settings -- it's dead.
Disappointed
I was so excited. Battery life was excellent for the 1st 6 mos. Some capabilities had me thinking it would be a major upgrade from my 4 yo Fitbit versa 4 that had died, but it’s not consistent in measuring or providing data and consistent data from one screen to another, errors retrieving data or no data found, battery depletes quickly sometimes and doesn’t want to charge, have to mess with it to getting it to charge, missing out on time to wear it, one screen shows battery at 99% AND that it’s in power reserve mode and please charge soon. Trying to get support is just a joke. They follow a guide (when you can get connected) and require you to do this or that and check back after hours.

Send you emails telling you to lose weight even if that’s not your goal, not really great ethos imo
Obsolete scales
Older scales should continue to be supported.
Too complex
Adding another profile and managing profiles is ridiculously convoluted.
Accuracy. A problem
For the cost of the scale the accuracy in BF, Lean Muscle and Weight swing far too wildly. Good for over all trending but I wouldn’t put any real ‘weight’ into reading from the scale. The App also seems to get something confused like muscle vs fat numbers.
Ready For New Brand
I am really weary with how buggy the syncing process is between this app and the Withjngs Scale and then between this app and Apple Health. But the biggest issue is between the scale and this app. Half the time it doesn’t sync properly. Then when I go in to re-establish the Bluetooth connection with my phone and try to force a sync it takes multiple tries because the scale loses connection before the process updates. It’s a shame because the way the data is displayed in the app is good. That’s why I gave it two stars. I’ve been using Withings for many years and am simply tired of fighting this battle. On to the next brand for me.

Hard to read
Most of the data I see when I weigh in does not appear in the App! It is frustrating to read a quick flash of my data when I weigh in but not see these measurements in the app

For a device that cost $200+, it is highly inaccurate, it over counts distance by a lot 1 mile in 1 hour! And I hate that the watch falls behind if it does not sync with the phone!
Constant review requests
App asks for a review immediately on opening every single time it’s highly irritating and feels like a ad
Good but not great
Good for overall health metrics, however, the pedometer consistently undercounts.
Always Something Broken
Once every couple of months they’ll break something in the app that will then take a month or so to fix rendering that aspect of the app useless. Segmental analysis was the first one, then sleep score. Currently it’s body fat percentage where 7.7% fat is currently being assessed as “Average”.
Support aren’t interested in bug reports though so you kind of just have to wait for them to notice and fix it in their own time.
