Use to work now it record it and won’t upload all of it

Great App

Works well with the scale and measures what I want to keep track of with trending numbers. Integrates great with the apple health system also.
Is there a way to remove “missions” entirely? I don’t care about the bits of information or recipes and workouts. I only need this app for numbers.

Shameless

Imagine releasing a £450 new scale, when their last flagship scale failed within two years for most people and they refuse to repair or replace it, and there other scales also work intermittently with constant disconnects forcing you to fully reset your phone, the scale, bluetooth settings etc every other week.

Surprised they don’t pull up with Dell Boys Deals written on the side of their van.

Unreliable

I have been using your scale for 3 years and it’s so unreliable. The percentage for muscle & fat is never correct. The walking steps is always wrong and when it syncs take a day or two. You need a serious update to correct many items on here.

Terrible app

Buy a useless watch that will not track your sleep when it’s on and will record sleep when it’s off and than the app want you to pay for everything within it with subscription lol

Lost data and missing entries

I'm regretting adding withings into my health apps because now other apps have had their valid data go missing

Wrong information

Didn’t count steps right

Very pretty, poor step tracking.

The watch is quite pretty. I love the look as I did not want a plastic looking smart watch. It hits that mark. I also wanted a heart tracker as I have an arrhythmia. Less thrilled with the ECG feature but not bad. The step tracking is poor and the sleep tracker is often not accurate. Steep downgrade due to these factors. Steps do not count until you hit 7 steps in a row so my count is much lower than with my Fitbit.

Good in parts

Heart rate monitor is good, but notifications of high rate have never worked. ECG recording rarely works. Since iOS 18.4 update, need to log out of app daily to get data to sync to phone. Don't buy till this is fixed.

Scale Not Connecting

I have to manually enter my weight each time because the scale doesn’t send the information to my phone.

Not worth the money

My scale already doesn’t recognize me
Can’t figure out how to get it back to me . So now it’s just an an overpriced scale .

My Withings

Set up was great, everything working perfectly

One job

This app has one job, show the data from the devices.
And it fails miserably at it. My scale and the website have my weight daily, the app is a month behind and doesn't sync.
Logout, login, dismiss all the ads and tutorials and it'll work again for a short time.
I give up, time for any other brand.

Data sync is laggy

I love using the app but there’s a disconnect with the reading and the time it takes for it to be reflected on the app.

Sleep Data… Yikes

I have had the BPM for years and got a new Withings scale which I have had for 2 weeks now so I decided to use the app again. It’s been updated which is great.

However I noticed the way it reads and imports the sleep data from Apple Health (taken by Ringconn device) is so inaccurate that It is maddening. 7 hour sleeps cones out as 3 hours on Withings. So I consistently get poor sleep scores and unhelpful insights in app. Tanks my readiness score etc. There is also no way to adjust It for accuracy. It’s also like the app cannot count hours. It will show a night from 11pm to 7am and say slept 3 hours. Even using the edit and “fill missing data with sleep” does not help. I used support chat and the best I got was the “try turning it off and on again” solution.

I turned off read and write data from my apple health and just resolved to not have that as an inclusive package. My other tracker apps do just fine with the data - was hoping to have one place all the health stuff can show up, thought Withings was the answer but sadly no.

So that also basically precludes me from wanting to try the subscription. If the features I actually care about depends on sleep data I don’t trust… then I’m not paying a subscription for it.

One more bit of feedback… the AI support chat bot feature is very frustrating. But I’d suffer with that if the sleep function was better.

Thanks.

BP sleeve

Worked for several months now has stopped inflating

Not great

Defaults to KG and can’t change weight correctly so I’m more than twice the weight I should be in system settings from the beginning and can’t change it in my profile you can only change height

Great Concept BUT Poor Execution

The idea of the app and the data it should be sharing is great, but in my experience the scales either lose WiFi connection or fail to upload to either the app or if they do the app then fails to synch with Apple Health

Ok to start

Was very good to start, however after a few years data is way out and also some info just won't sync

Scale ok, App sucks

I bought a scale! I wanted all the information and for it to integrate with my iPhone, Health App, etc. but the Withings App is completely cluttered with a whole bunch of unnecessary features and it is near impossible just to see my simple metrics from the scale. I HATE it. There does not seem to be a way to simplify it at all. Why is every app trying to be everything.
