They’re short staffed. They can’t deliver the orders on time. Not sure if they don’t pay their staff properly.

L'application traduit extrêmement mal les menus, ce qui induit en erreur lors de la commande. J'ai pourtant laissé une note explicite pour corriger, mais le restaurant et le support l'ont totalement ignorée. Wolt refuse d'assumer ses propres bugs d'interface, refuse d'honorer les notes écrites et refuse tout remboursement pour un repas rendu complètement invendable/immangeable. Le support se retranche derrière des messages automatiques d'une mauvaise foi absolue. Une honte pour une application de livraison. À fuir !

Постоянные задержки доставки. Чтобы ты не заказал курьер всегда опаздывает на 15-60 минут. Как можно поломаться на них если идет задержка, а теле необходимо уже уезжать по делам. Всегда спорю с ними по этому вопросу. Но по их политике необходимо получит Товар и отказаться от него нельзя, даже если уже задержка на час. Это бред.

U cant wait someone indefinitely to get order while others are told x minutes to delivery which is a lie had to wait probs upwards half an hour extra get cold food because someone is lazy to get their food skip and punish them not regulars

If you want to waste money download this
Avoid this app at all costs - lousy customer service with a brick wall attitude. Fake delivery times that will blow out by 3-4 times the advertised expected delivery. Impossible to complain to or get a refund. Use this guys and they you might as well throw your money into the wind. Absolutely useless

Première et dernière commande chez Wolt. Je passe une commande, je reçois uniquement les boissons. J’attend plus d’une heure pour avoir une réponse de l’assistance qui me dit que le restaurant ne donne plus de réponse et qu’ils me rembourseront que la moitié de ma commande.

The app’s interface kind of works. On top of that, they are hidden fees, depending on which restaurant you choose. There was no warning until after the payment is processed. Customer service is often times poorly managed as you’ll receive tech support from an uncaring and incompetent employee.
