Avoid this app at all costs - lousy customer service with a brick wall attitude. Fake delivery times that will blow out by 3-4 times the advertised expected delivery. Impossible to complain to or get a refund. Use this guys and they you might as well throw your money into the wind. Absolutely useless

Première et dernière commande chez Wolt. Je passe une commande, je reçois uniquement les boissons. J’attend plus d’une heure pour avoir une réponse de l’assistance qui me dit que le restaurant ne donne plus de réponse et qu’ils me rembourseront que la moitié de ma commande.

The app’s interface kind of works. On top of that, they are hidden fees, depending on which restaurant you choose. There was no warning until after the payment is processed. Customer service is often times poorly managed as you’ll receive tech support from an uncaring and incompetent employee.

The msm and all verifications are useless, they are never sent and the costumer support does not work. The great reviews at The top are Ai generated.

I don’t understand why DoorDash push up notification came up every 5 seconds in the Walt app. It is soooo annoying!
Apple Pay not workinng
Please fix it. Apple Pay continuously not working. Super buggy app. Perhaps the worst interface and most bugs out of all food delivery apps I have used

Title: Order never received and support refused to provide delivery evidence
My order was marked delivered, but neither I nor my hotel reception received it. There was no photo, call, message, or proof of handoff. Support initially said they would investigate, then claimed my request was “not legitimate” because of unspecified account activity and closed the conversation. This was a new account opened the day before. Wolt refused to provide any evidence that the order was actually delivered.

App with full of bugs and glitches!! With worst tech support ever
Hi, im from Georgia (country) using wolt more than 1yr, i use wolt for sending less than 1kg packages, ecommerce, business, spending more thank 500$ for package delivery monthly, i was reporting crtitical bugs more than 3 month, support ignoring and acting like chat bot they promising fix it but every update comes with more bugs
1) sometimes delivery guy not see my number to call me more than half they dont see my number, support acting like chat bot and say i was forget input my number!! It was unreal that field is Required.
2) google plus codes not working, to copy and paste from google for exact locations.
3) when i try adjust pin and confirm there was come new window with title “Where we are delivering?” With some options but these options not working when i click on them nothing happens.
4) missing information on Package delivery page. When you watching delivery guy and click on info pickup and drop off. There was missing lot of info
5) and more

Never had so many issues with a delivery company
These guys need to learn from the proper companies in the US and UK - it’s not that hard to run a delivery company. Use codes to avoid mixups etc. Complete amateurs.
