Massive issues
I’ve had two WOpet feeders for a couple of years with no issues whatsoever. However, I am now experiencing loads of issues with the app. First of all the feeders disappeared off the app and when I added them again the feeding schedules don’t work. I’ve tried adding feeds but it randomly duplicates them, I entered 5 feeds but somehow the app says I’ve added 15!? It glitches every time I try to add or delete feeds.
WOpet customer service is non existent, Ive messaged them a few times through the app and never get a response.
Never buying WOPet feeders again!

Suggestion
There should be an option to silence the voice command for those late night feedings. Or for any feeding scheduled where due to one’s own sleep schedule they wish not to be awoken by the voice command. If one has a small apartment or the feeder is situated near someone’s place of sleep, the otherwise welcomed voice command can awaken a person from sleep and thus be a nuisance. This would be a reason to not schedule late night feedings which may conflict with being able to feed a pet at a desirable time.

Every time I try to use the WOpet Life app away from home it disconnects the feeder from Wi-Fi and continuously beeps until we have to reset it. The app is worthless when I am out of town.
So many bugs
When I first made an account it wouldn’t let me log in! My feeder was useless and I was so frustrated.
Now it’s been fixed, but I open the app and my feeder doesn’t show. It’s just stuck on loading.
I’m so tired of janky apps. When will it end. We need to go back before the internet existed at all. It was better

Very good cat feeder
Love it!!!
It’s so convenient and easy to set up and use. I can change meal times and portion size. Good investment for when I leave town for a day or two and know my fur babies are able to eat and not have to leave random bowls for them to split up meals.
Add in the days of the week
Can you add the days of the week. I usually only want to add a feeding on mondays but then often forget to delete it. Then I need to add it each week
Glitchy
Too easily disconnects from WiFi. Can't reliably use it to feed my cats when I'm away

Not functioning
App is automatically closing itself out, very glitchy. Attempted to download on a different device same problem. Deleted and reinstalled but still same problem. App won’t stay open for more then a second. Extremely frustrating
It a great help around the home.
My cat has very expensive cat food and the WOpet feeder keeps counts accurately and waist down…

Was working just fine, but now it doesn’t record the meals esten
Doesn’t function & no customer service
I’ve had this feeder for years and the app recently changed. Now the food seems to be dropping an hour earlier than it’s supposed to and the feeding record only shows the manual feeds and not the scheduled ones. I can no longer confirm if my cat has been fed as scheduled unless I’m actually there to see it. I messaged customer service weeks ago and never heard back.
