Built for iPhone Duo and iPad. Your workout gives timers, rest and actions their own pane when there's room, and keeps the screen awake when propped up. The calendar shows a workout beside the month, Recovery splits into two columns, and both line up with the fold. Edit a template's default sets: number of sets, weight, unit, reps and a warm-up, without re-adding the exercise. Exercises stay in the order you set. Adding a new one no longer reshuffles the list. Personal records you can trust. A PR now means a heavier set than you've ever done, or more reps than ever at that weight, counted across all your templates. Your first session sets the baseline, and repeating a set doesn't count again. The same rules apply in workouts, summaries, the calendar and your weekly recap. Smarter fuel tips. Instead of guessing extra kilos from today's calories, the app compares what you've eaten since yesterday with what you've burned, ignores days that look unlogged, and combines it with your readiness. You'll get a simple suggestion: push your top set, match last time, or drop a set. Widgets stay clear and readable in tinted and clear Home Screen styles.
