Love this Hotel
Stay here every time I fly in or out of DFW airport. Only downside no covered parking so I drive my car over to the Hyatt Regency parking garage and take their shuttle. But prefer to stay at this hotel because small, clean, and very friendly. Tip: the hamburgers, Caesar salad, and cheese quesadillas are wonderful!

Not sure what happened
I used to love this app. Recently, it keeps crashing. Also, it doesn’t always show the check-in option. I’m not sure what changed but Hyatt needs to fix it.
Better than the Hilton app
I’m a pilot. I use both Hotel chains all the time, I would much rather use HYATT, and their application is much much better.
Missing functionality vs web
Web is better app has many glitches and properties restrict award availability when standard rooms are 100% available
App slow
App is almost unusable. That’s one of the most frustrating things to deal with in a technological age is a giant company who has horrible technology products that waste everyone’s time.
Incorrect information
I went to book my hotel that said it was 20k points. When I went to book the hotel stay it said it was 25k. I double checked and it’s advertising 20k per night using points. Very upsetting.
Clunky website
Website is often slow, not available, have to re-enter information frequently

Points won’t get you much!
I just exclusively used this card to see if I can rack points quickly. And 1 point per dollar spent won’t get you much. I think imma have to drop a tear on this card for one that doesn’t charge yearly dues.

Any search freezes the app in permanent “loading” mode. Tried vpn and no vpn, WiFi vs cellular, deleting and reinstalling. No luck. App just doesn’t work.

しかも、このボタンは一度押すと、キャンセルもできない仕様になっています。直接電話で交渉しますが、それでもホテル側のシステムでキャンセルできるかどうか分からないとの事。
かなり悪質なアプリの仕様になっていますので、ご注意ください。

I love Hyatt my wife and I exclusively stay at Hyatt hotels when we travel and this app makes it so easy to book and keep track of your stays and your points! 10/10
Broken app now
Latest update breaks startup logic. Constantly triggers iOS Bluetooth prompt if global Bluetooth is turned off, even when app permissions are denied. Will happily adjust my reading once this issue is fixed.
Pathetic app
Very user unfriendly. Wanted to try Hyatt. Took me one hour to make a reservation.
