They expire your points / rewards after 2 years and that’s insane in this day and age. F that.

Same Time and Place
Love this hotel in Cleveland, stayed here in 2019 during a trip to Cedar Point and Phillies game against Cleveland along that same day to night was a Sunday NFL game , was a crazy weekend in October, plus the Superman movie ended in the arch of the build, I totally freaked on I was there and the movie was showing this hotel in the main listing of its build boards. Can’t wait to see it again Sept 2nd 2026

Disappointed
We’re trying to make a reservation for 24 hours and apparently the website crashed and the price that I made the reservation under changed when the website came back up they should’ve honored the first reservation and the price

Missing basics and buggy
Not bad but missing ability to attach 3rd party reservations to my Hyatt account. Right now I need to call in which isn’t too efficient. Also after calling to attach reservations I need to sign out and sign back in for the reservations to populate.
Top tier service!
I’ve been a Marriott Bonvoy member for decades and easily converted to Hyatt membership with no problem! Hyatt offers a better value, and if earning points and using them, you get more bang for you bucks then their competitors. I have to say that their customer service is one if the best in the hotel industry. We love our Hyatt!

Functional but needs better UX
Hard to search for hotels meeting specific criteria like needing two beds. Unable to combine Award and Points and Cash stays into one reservation. Sometimes very slow and laggy.

App is extremely user friendly. Even for the technology un savvy. It is very quick to utilize for the busy traveler.

I booked one night on app and it’s fast and got my preferred room
Online navigation difficult with Apple Ipad/iPhone OS.
Screens not fully displayed, inconsistent response to touch screen. Redundancy of keystrokes to book selected room.
