Worst hotel app ever
It took 7-8 attempts to book a stay because the app popped up a “Book” button even though there were other fields it wanted filled out. It would then just dump you back to a rooms/rates page with no explanation. During this process, I called the hotel and endured a terrible blather regarding the rates. So I then called the customer service line at Hyatt and got a rep who had zero interest in listening or helping and finished it off by disconnecting me after less than a minute. Hyatt needs to totally rethink this app because it sucks compared to the other hotel apps I use.

App and site won’t work
The app and website keep glitching out. I was in the app earlier. Got logged out and errors out every single time. I have had issues in the past with the app too. Great when it works but lately it’s been terrible
Best hotel brand
Great app! Wonderful brands but I am starting to see a trend I don’t like: too many rate options. Too many prepay options. Cancelation dates all over the board. It is getting sloppy.

This app CONSTANTLY runs and runs and runs and then times out and says call Hyatt. What a joke. This is a perpetual issue. Fix it!!!

Poor app. Signed up but in trying to validate me, it has now locked me out and asked me to call a number in the US - I’m in London. So much for a global brand

Whoever doesn’t stay at the Hyait hotel they’re doing nothing but shortchanging themselves of the best experience outside of their home is a home outside of the home

Very buggy
C’mon Hyatt. This is a substandard app by any measure. All sorts of bugs, especially trying to use member awards. Just one of several examples example: to gift an awards night you have to enter the other person’s info, then enter a confirmation code sent to your email or phone. However, when you go to retrieve the code, the app instantly snaps back to the previous page, prompting you to send (not enter) the code. Endless loop. Frustrating experience. My advice: skip the app and use the desktop website until Hyatt gets its act together

Efficient & Need to Know
I enjoy the World of Hyatt App. It’s user-friendly and provides the need-to-know hotel information, including photos, dining, maps, check-in details, etc. The connection and interface is modern and you can tell they put some love into creating the app and user experience. It’s the one hotel app that is worth using!
