Worst experience EVER with a rewards service
?!? So system is designed to keep asking the SAME security question over and OVER even though there is most likely a type error in the answer!! There is more than one question/answer on file but system REFUSES to ask it even after performing a validated password reset! Customer service is not open on weekends and automated password reset service does not give any clue to number format! Do I use 1 area code number or just area code and number? Both ways do not work! This sad broken service is making my family avoid staying at any places related to Wyndham!
