Great park terrible information app
We came to xcaret and we really enjoy the day but we missed out on a bunch of stuff cause the app only shows a static map that is hard to read and the location does not update well

Terrible customer service
Went here to celebrate our anniversary and told concierge and host at restaurant about our special occasion and didn’t get any acknowledgment. Why ask if you are celebrating any special occasion when nothing is done.

Photos deleted after download
After spending a ridiculous amount of money to get our pictures, after I downloaded them, they still disappeared after the 30 days! Such a rip off!
Amazing Amazing
We went to XCARET last night and it was the Fuego excursion, and all can can say is this was the best time we have had ever at any outdoor park in the world, from start to finish it was breathtaking, you guys have something very special here at Mexico, well done to the owners and the creators of this Park I would give 10 Stars if possible, and the Food buffet was 5 Star dining.

Log in issue
I created an account through the website and purchased tickets but I tried logging in through the app and it’s not taking me to the next step. I click on the arrow and a quick icon pops up but then quickly disappears. I selected Create Account but it recognized that my email address was assigned with an account. I cannot log on to the app.

Les escribo para expresar mi descontento con mi reciente visita a su parque, el dia de Ayer que fue la sexta ocasión en la que lo he visitado. Desafortunadamente, esta visita resultó ser la peor experiencia hasta la fecha ya que no volvere por todo lo Que paso…
En una palapa nos quitaron enfrente del restaurante Michoacán por no consumir pero mi madre ya se sentia mal por el calor y Porque es mayor de edad por eso queria Que descansara pero un mesero de playa nos Quito
En el restaurante California, fui testigo de una situacion desagradable entre una empleada y un cliente. La empleada se mostró visiblemente molesta y grosera al responder a la pregunta del cliente, lo cual fue bastante triste ver Esto. Además, la oferta gastronómica del restaurante carece de variedad, especialmente en lo que respecta a los mariscos.🦞🐟🐠
Mi experiencia en el restaurante Jalisco fue igualmente decepcionante. La mesera que nos atendió fue poco amable y nos asignó una mesa en la última fila, cerca de los baños, a pesar de que había mesas disponibles frente a nosotros. Este trato diferenciado sugiere un posible sesgo racial, lo cual es inaceptable.
Como recomendación, les sugiero considerar la implementación de un tren o coches para personas mayores de edad. Durante mi visita, acompañaba a mi madre, quien es mayor, y a mi hija, quien se encontraba dormida en mis brazos. La larga caminata hasta la entrada fue agotadora, y sería beneficioso para sus visitantes proporcionar carritos, como se hace en el hotel Xcaret.
Espero que tomen en cuenta mis comentarios y hagan las mejoras necesarias para mejorar la experiencia de sus visitantes.

Wonderful park and excellent app!! I recently visited xcaret and it’s so worth it
How To Log In
I had already created an account on the web site and purchased tickets through that, but was not able to log in on the app. I was having the same issue as many other reviewers here. On a hunch, I tapped “Create Account” and used the exact same credentials and info as my website account. Sure enough, it logged me in and all my tickets were there. My guess is that login will work normally going forward now.
It really wouldn’t take much for the developer to provide these instructions to users and while the app is pretty good once logged in, there are definitely things that could be better. So just giving it 3 stars for now. It does look like they’re moving in the right direction though.

Cannot login
Can only use the app as a guest - the login simply does not work. No error message, just a logo blink. The website login works fine.

No bus, riverboat schedules (or statuses) and hotel maps are horrible
Why isn’t there info clarifying the you can’t get a bus from the hotel to the zip line park until 10:40am, even though it opens at 9. Also it is very difficult to find certain hotels- terrible signage and this app doesn’t help. Also the riverboat schedule isn’t on here.
Can't get past the login screen
I'm unable to use the app because it will not allow me to log in. I've activated my account through a browser and removed and reinstalled the app. Nothing works.

I booked a trip to Xcaret . And the app was very helpful ful like there are maps and I had my pictures from the park on it! I could see my tickets and boom trips it’s very AWSOME!!!

Tengo 3 años con la app y misma falla desde entonces, la he reportado muchas veces, pero tal parece que es a propósito, un complejo tan grande con una falla como esta no es congruente y eso es para iOS. Mal ahi 👎🏻

Xcaret superó por mucho mis expectativas, lo recomiendo ampliamente a todos, no se van a arrepentir! Cualquier parque es toda una aventura, y las personas que te atienden son demasiado amables, sin duda yo volveré 🌟

Visite el parque hace 8 años y han incorporado tecnología y modificado varias zonas, van bien pero aún les falta, la app no funciona bien se queda en pausa, las fotos deberían de visualizarse con marca de agua una vez que las tomas como en Disneyland o Royal Caribbean, mal primero comprar y después elegir fotos, el código de brazalete no lo acepta la app, tienes que mandar correo para que te ayuden muy mal por el número de gente…respuesta de 3 a 7 días muy mal muy lento…mal que solo ayuden a los que se hospedan en hotel Xcaret es lo primero que te preguntan cuando pides ayuda…la playa que es pequeña muy sucia…
