Ничего тупее я еще не видел

Находясь в аккаунте, на который мне нужен одноразовый пароль, приложение требует добавить аккаунт на первой вкладке. На второй вкладке аккаунт открыт(доступны все функции, редактирование и т.д.).
ОБЬЯНСНИТЕ МНЕ: ПОЧЕМУ МНЕ НЕ ПРИХОДЯТ КОДЫ НА ПЕРВУЮ ВКЛАДКУ И ПРОСИТ ЕЩЕ РАЗ ВОЙТИ В АККАУНТ?? ПОДДЕРЖКА ВООБЩЕ НЕ ПОНИМАЕТ ЧТО ОТ НИХ ТРЕБУЕТСЯ И НЕ МОЖЕТ ОТВЕТИТЬ НА МОЙ ВОПРОС ПРИ ТОМ, ЧТО Я И СКРИНЫ УЖЕ ТУДА СКИНУЛ!!!

Если вы не создавали резервную копию в настройках приложения, напишите нам на почту key@support.yandex.ru — постараемся восстановить доступы к аккаунтам Яндекса вручную. Чтобы вернуть доступ к учётной записи стороннего сервиса, обратитесь в его поддержку.

Добавьте генератор паролей

Добавьте генератор паролей. В чем смысл разделения аккаунтов на Яндекс и не Яндекс принципиально непонятно.
