Bad app
I had a very disappointing experience with YangaPlug. I funded my account expecting to use the dollar card for online payments, but the card did not work for the purpose I needed. I also discovered that I could not convert my USD balance back to Naira withdrawal, which was not clear to me before funding. I lost money through fees and ended up with funds I could only use in limited ways. If you’re ready to waste ur money then use this app

Kindly note that we have 3 different card types and the online platforms they can be used on, in a case when your transaction declines, it can be due to insufficience balance, transaction limit or merchant decline due to multiple failed attempts from your end, in view of this, you can always contact our in app support for a guide, we also have a withdrawal feature, you can tap "more" there you can initiate withdrawal straight to your bank account

Upload a upload a selfie picture is not working I try to many times is not letting me to upload
Upgrade account and upload pictures is not letting me to upload pictures that’s my issue

Kindly bear in mind that, you didn't accept the option to allow yangaplug fetch pictures from your device, please allow so your upload can be completed
Gift card scam
Yanga plug are thieves, I was debit for an Apple gift card but they sent me a blank email with no code and there’s not customer support to report not email it’s so frustrating and I want my refund but no where to report

I’m enjoying this app all because I’m owning MTN and when I did data from yanga app it won’t be deducted
