Ticket scam
Recently I booked a ticket from for a international flight this month. It cost me it costed me 39 975 and there is a tax for that one 10% CGST that’s acceptable but I paid with my credit card and it cost me again nine Rs.75 +10% GST again. I don’t know why this app is still exist and still using one of the worst app I have ever seen if I recommend recommending not to download this app, don’t use this app while booking international flights or any flight.

Headline: SAFETY ALERT: Stranded and abandoned by Yatra at check-in
Do not book through this app if you value your safety. I booked a prepaid beachside hotel in Kerala for my wife and me. Upon arrival, the hotel denied the booking, stating they have zero affiliation with Yatra. We were left stranded in a remote area with 4 bags in the harsh afternoon sun. Despite calling customer care multiple times, they repeatedly asked for "30 more minutes" and then stopped calling entirely. They effectively abandoned us in a vulnerable situation with no battery and no assistance while being harassed by locals. This isn't just a booking error; it is gross negligence and a total lack of duty of care for their customers. We felt unsafe and harassed because of Yatra’s failure. I am currently initiating legal action in Consumer Court. Avoid this app at all costs—they take your money and leave you at risk.

Fake spam company looting people with subscriptions for prime whereas the app doesn’t even support

I have used them years back and so I trusted them and paid for prime service. Surprisingly i noticed that I don’t see any results for flights or trains search. I then contacted support where they told they don’t support on iPhone. Why the hell would you then let me pay for your prime membership via iPhones. I told them then you pay back my money because they didn’t claim the right details and the prime member was a click bait. And no reply!!

Do not book with them
Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed. I tried calling them to talk to an agent but couldn’t reach anyone and they are not replying my emails they do not have an actual human being answering the phones it’s just automated voice. It is impossible to talk to a real person.

No support at all
I made a mistake of booking international flight ticket via yatra. I wanted to reschedule my flight and I am not able to do it online; when I call they disconnect my phone saying call from registered number only. Or they wont even pick up. Also no response for email for 2+ business days. Their customer care also works 9 am to 12 midnight. So basically you are on your own if you need any support to change flight. Got scam
Deeply regret using this app. I mistakenly booked flight for wrong date and cant reschedule plus cant load the page but for cancellation done within a minute and deducted half of the amount for cancellation within 2hrs not even 1day😤 and Refund status cant load and hopeless beta just popping up in the apps can’t do anything! No customer care no nothing. I Got Scam!!!!

Worst service , still waiting for my refund
Charged but no ticket issued
I booked flight for family for travel from Chennai to Patna in Nov 2025. The payment of Rs.17k has been debited from the bank account but no ticket issued yet through email.
Logged a complaint @support but no response for more than a day. Customer care phone no declines calls. Awful service. Feels like a scam. Would never recommend this site 👎👎👎

Very bad experience
Unable to book ticket with discount, payment does not work, but then it start working as soon as discount is removed!!

Yatra services have degraded big time, no customer support, same auto reply’s over email, no solution to queries. This is the last time I am booking flight with Yatra, you guys forced me to end relationship with Yatra platform. A BIG NO TO YATRA

They convert your bookings into group bookings to save money. Terrible customer service who doesn’t respond to emails. Poor and just out there to make money without taking any responsibility… deleting asap, never again.

The customer service sent me a link to a query form, when I filled the information and submitted the form, it said that the link is invalid.
The App is okay but they don’t have an option to connect to a live agent on chat or call someone using the App. The chatbot which comes with this app is absolutely useless. It doesn’t answer anything. Total waste of time. If you can’t service your customers, you will be out of service soon.

Bad experience in hotel
Booked Park Elanza in Chennai. One of the worst stays in recent travels. Paid 4* prices and got -10* treatment. Rooms are small, smells bad, my luck favored that day and water pump broke and there is no water till 11 am in the morning. Imagine how I handled the morning rituals. No conversation about refund , disciunt etc. would have been a horrible experience if I would have stayed with family. Finished my visit and emailed Yatra , the answer is “you should have contacted us during the stay and not afterwards “. Wish there is a some empathy on the problem and some action with the hotel. Switched to another travel site while my trip in India.
