Great driver, great service
Gary is the best, very personable! First time I’ve used this service; it couldn’t have been easier. User-friendly app, large travel area in Prescott. Prescott Valley has this service, as well; unfortunately, there is not a bridge between the cities - YET.
Still, all this for TWO DOLLARS?!?😳🤗 As a Veteran, it was only ONE DOLLAR🎉 Seniors also pay a single dollar. Yes, they have disability-access vehicles. I could go on but why? PLEASE - tell your friends. Note: this is YAV Connect, not Yavapai Regional Transit.

Life Saver
Every time we take the Yavaline, we are greeted with a friendly driver, it’s nice and clean and he will always ask us what the best route is so that we get there safely and in the fastest way possible. This is a great service and it would be great if they expanded the route to get to more municipal and doctors offices.

Bad app, okay service, great price
App as a whole is bad and is inaccurate regarding driver location and eta’s in general. It’ll say “pick up in 25 minutes” and it’ll always be 15 minutes more due to error, bad eta, and random pickups/ drop offs along the way. Don’t use if you’re trying to be punctual. More often then not, when I try to request a ride the app says “ can’t find a ride.” No reason as to why, just that it can’t. However, fantastic price so I’ll sacrifice an hour of my day to save $12 on a ride but man is it disheartening to be 6 minutes from your drop off after waiting 45 minutes and they suddenly turn left, pick someone else up, and go towards their destination because it’s slightly closer. Was double charged and reached out via email but I never received a response.
